My progressed Venus is at Libra 20'58
My progressed Pluto is at 22'57

but also this conjuncts my natal Pluto at 21'49
and my natal Sun at Libra 25...

So my progressed Venus is soon to be conjunct my natal Pluto followed by my natal Sun....

Is love in the air for me? It would be lovely...

Can anyone recall any of their progressed Venus- natal Sun..(or vice versa) experiences
What happened for you?

Well when progressed venus was conjunct my mercury i got married

When progressed venus was sextile my sun I met the guy I spent 10 years with.

And which progressions are you looking at? Solar arcs or progressions?

The reason why I'm asking... I'm about to have Progressed Venus conj my Mercury. (Ven is at 5 Sag and my Merc is at 6 Sag), which Merc rules my 1st and 4th house. Also, I have my Sun/Moon & Venus/Mars midpoint. Plus, my 7th house ruler (at 5 Leo) is soon to be Trined Ven conj Merc too.

And my progressed Venus is at 20 Libra so going to be conjunct this degree in a few years... that looks good right?

In a year's time though my progressed Venus/Pluto will be conjunct and they will conjunct my NATAL Pluto....
So can I predict a transformative sexual experience... making way for a full relationship in the next few years?

Venus and mars progressions are really good and i know lots of people dont count the good aspects but I know that it does work and it does coincide with a time where you find love. New moon in your solar return chart is very significant too.

Pluto is in my 3rd house, not really doing anything spectacular...
Although my Sun/Moon midpoint is conjunct 3rd house cusp...

So new moon at my venus/mars midpoint and 3rd house cusp at my Sun/Moon midpoint
with Nnode conjunct IC
I'm going thgough an extremely long break-up right now though.

First find the ruler of your 7th house; also the ruler of your 5th house of romance. Once you find the rulers of these houses, you will find opportunities come your way when they send or receive solar arc directions.

The most common solar arc progressions for marriage are; Venus well aspected to the ascendant or midheaven. Transits, progressions and solar arc directions will be active the year you marry. Both transits and progressed or solar arc Lunar positions will be active in the year you marry. However the converse progressed or solar arc Moon is more frequently shown. Lunar eclipses may help to time the month of marriage; especially if they fall into your seventh house of partners.

Synastry Timers:
You may find that your progressed or solar arc Moon is in aspect to another’s
natal chart position.
Or when your progressed or solar arc directed Moon conjuncts your partner’s Sun, Moon, Venus, Ascendant or Descendant; also by converse movement.

I have read in "Predictive Astrology" by Christine Shaw that Prog/Solar Arc/Conv Venus/Saturn in aspect doesn't always mean divorce or a negative situation in love.

She says she has seen this aspect during marriage many times as well, since everybody is different it's going to take different aspects for people to be in relationships. (and for me I also need a frying pan to the head and someone I feel like I owe something to/duty- I'm a true Sag and I love my freedom and I run away from commitment) I could see this aspect mean divorce but since I haven't been in a committed relationship since 2003- I wouldn't be going thru any kind of separation.

The aspect isn't going to be all "nice" but one thing for sure is that the relationship can be very long lasting. It could also mean that a person attracts someone into their life that has suffered thru a divorce and they are scared to truly express their feelings b/c of the chance of getting hurt. But, the relationship will be steady, loyal, and true understanding what it takes to make a relationship work... you know all those Saturn relationship stuff!

For the next 1 1/2 yrs I have all the positive marriage aspects coming up even including the not so positive Natal Saturn square SA Venus, and Natal Saturn sextile Converse Venus... so, we'll see what happens. (And if I do end up getting married it's going to be a man that has been in my life for 12 yrs as a very loyal and protective friend when we were in college, which he just came back into my life (on a steady basis) about a yr ago) which he has a lot of fears popping up b/c of a horrible divorce he went thru 2 yrs ago.... to tell the short story)

to me my important planets are:

Jupiter- 7th house ruler
Mars- in the 7th house
Venus- 5th house ruler
Mercury- 1st/4th house ruler (maybe, about setting up "house")
Saturn- in the 4th house- (ruler of 8th)
Also, of course AC/DC and MC/IC

Some aspects that will be in play for the next yrs +/-

Prog. Venus aspects...

square Natal MC
conj Natal Mercury (4th)
square Sun/Moon Midpoint
conj Venus/Mars Midpoint
conj Converse Mars and conv Merc.
trine prog Jupiter

Converse Mars and Mercury are conj to Prog Venus so the aspects above apply to Conv Mars & Merc as well.

Then...
Solar Arc MC Trine ruler of 7th
SA Venus square Natal Saturn
Conv Venus sextile Natal Saturn
Prog Moon Trine Natal Venus now
Soon Conv Moon Conj Natal MC

Then... I'm not sure how much transits have a play into this but my AC/DC axis is at 29 degrees Gemini/Sag... which is getting hit hard by Saturn and Uranus, Jupiter just ran over my MC and Sun/Moon midpoint too.
