how do you think this manifests?

no squares?
no trines?
no oppositions?
etc.

what about lack of an element?

i have no fire signs. but my moons in the 5th house and my saturn, neptune and uranus are in the 9th. soo i guess tha reinforces it along with my sun conjunct mars. and a pretty strong jupiter. i heard that no fire signs could be lack of warmth or hard to get excited.. and thats pretty much true sometimes. but i can have a lot of energy and pretty agressive for the most part sooo i dont know

Well, the chart as a whole has to be interpreted to get a clear picture of whats going on... for example, trines and sextiles suggest easy flow of energy and lazyness sometimes, square and oppositions drive people to overcome difficulties and adversities....it would be very rare to find a chart lacking any particular aspect, because it wouldn't really matter as other things in a chart can and do bring the energy that is missing.

Lack of squares is boring.

Changchiu,

and you donīt need sensuality and a physical expression of affection either?

Hi electric! Are you referring to yourself? Funny, I have a lack of those aspects in my chart too so maybe I can comment on this from my experience....most of my planets are all lumped around the same area so I don't have any oppositions, only one square, and just a couple of trines with non-personal planets. Also no air in my chart, which I can say right off, I KNOW. I am not cerebral in any way. Intellectualism does not move me, has never interested me, gives me no point of connection. If I had a dime for everytime I have said "I'll see how I feel" in regards to making a decision instead of thinking/planning....

As per the lack of aspects- I think the lack of squares and oppositions lends itself to a sort of laziness to be honest. I do have hard aspects in my chart (conjunctions) but I rarely feel enough TENSION about anything to get me moving/motivated. I have this attitude of "everything will work out" which is probably also reinforced by a prominent Jupiter and lots of Sagittarius but certainly the lack of squares/opps musts lend itself to that. I refer to my ONE square between my Moon and Jupiter for reference on squared energy. This feels like a motivating force because of problematic/at odds energies. The only thing that has ever motivated me to ACT or change something about my life in a dynamic way are my own emotions getting "out of hand". So lack of squares might mean lacking that kind of dynamism... I too have heard that lack of squares and oppositions can somehow be lucky, we tend to attract what we are, so you may not experience as much tension between you and the outside world? I can't claim to always be happy and to have never had difficult or traumatic experiences, but I have recovered well from them and feel like at my essence, my energies are not really fighting each other in anyway. But I don't think you can judge the lack of aspects without looking at what aspects you do have. I am assuming its conjunctions and sextiles mostly? What's the missing element?

i thought my friend didn't have any squares. he has 3.

Yeah it makes sense with a lack of earth elements.

Well, Earth is the least strongest element in my chart, too,k and I can identify with the whole "feeling in mind" thing. But now and then my Cappy Venus, which rules my Taurus 5th house is breaking through.

Yea I have one!

It's no oppositions. And it's bad.
My whole chart is in the space of less than 150 degrees.

I lacked a good strong mirror growing up in which to place myself against another. I lacked any real *genuine* feedback. Actually I pretty much lacked all feedback. And I was born with a Libra stellium sq my nodal axis, so part of my journey is to work to bring back that balance, that missing side, in order to move more smoothly toward my NN. I'm always looking to partner up with people so that we can be sounding boards for each other. This ties into my Merc conj Dsc too, needing that feedback.

I can be horribly oblivious.

Plus my chart pattern is 'the bowl' which is supposed to be self-contained anyway.

Lonake,

I don`t have an opposition either!

Well, my planets are from Pluto 9 libra to Jupiter 11 Pisces,

BUT the big exception is Saturn, which lands on 17 Cancer in 8th house. It doesn`t make oppositions to my Cap venus though.

DD, You have a bucket chart, right? So that makes your Saturn a very focal planet.

My chart's from Libra to Pisces too!
19 Mars Libra ---> 1 Sun Pisces (!)

Saturn is in a water sign plus a water house. Ugh I have Saturn in an air sign and an air house. DD, my advice, find people who have trines to your Saturn, to make it into a grand trine. It helps so much because they give you the keys to unlock and expand. The best would be a Jupiter conj your Saturn or trine it. Ever met anyone whose chart is like that? They need a trine from Scorpio to Pisces, or does your Saturn trine one of those, what are its aspects?

Oh your Saturn is conj my NN, interesting.

Edit, OK i see you have Jupiter in 11 Pisces, so at least get some Mid scorpio action. The jupiter there should lure in other pisces placements to trine your Saturn.
