Well, I had a thread about natal moon conjunct transiting moon. When transiting moon makes a conjunction to the natal moon, in my experience, the person goes irrationally emotional. At least I had figured that it was happening with me.
This weekend was the third time in a row that I became too emotional, creating dramas out of nothing. When I checked the position of the moon today it didn't surprise me at all that I saw it was 15 degrees pisces and my natal moon is 13 degrees pisces.
I'll be following these transits closely from now on. My theory seems to work for me.
I'd be happy if you could post your experiences about this transit.

Actually I have the exact opposite experience--people around me making irrational emotional drams. In fact it happen to me this morning. Tr. Moon is nearly exact cj my natal moon at this point.My psychopath brother was here this weekend at my mom's house where I live and and look after her, and my mom's come down with a stomach virus last evening and has been very sick. I was up until an ungodly hour looking after her last night, and so I slept in this morning, thinking if anyone needed me they could just wake me up. Well my brother gave me this "Can you take over looking after Mom for a while?" snotty crap once I got up, saying he's 2 hours late to some important school project he had to do today that I seriously doubt actually exists. So when I try to tell I'm not going anywhere because I have a Skype appointment with a study buddy, he just gives me more crap about how put upon he is and how he's been here "cleaning up Mom's puke" ALL morning. Well, he dilly-dallies around the house once I'm up, as if he's in no real rush, and does so more stuff to act like my mom's is worse condition than she really is. Then he finally leaves--at the exact same he always leaves when he's here on Sunday. *sigh* And so I go back to my mom's room and ask if she think she needs to go to the Emergency Clinic because my brother was making it sound like she's been vomiting non-stop. And she goes "Oh, I stopped that hours ago. I think I'll be OK." My brother, however, does have his moon right near the Aries/Pisces cusp and so his natal moon was cj tr. Moon yesterday. He's just insufferable in his need for melodrama and to be the "long suffering son" at times like this. Despite my Pisces moon, I'm just not amused with melodrama and grand emotional displays like this. They're tedious and wasteful of energy and time. I'm predominately air in my chart with an air grand trine. My brother is a Leo-Aries-Scorp--his too modes of existence are narcissism and emotional drama. IP: Logged |

If in your natal chart, you have moon in a fighting sign like Aries or Scorpio, or conjunct Mars or Pluto, or you already have some natal planets negatively aspecting your natal moon, then of course T moon conjunct Natal moon would reactivate the natal drama.ALSO, if there are transiting planets like Saturn,Pluto, Uranus or Neptune making stressful aspects to your natal moon, then Tr moon conjunct Natal moon would also create drama even if there were no stressful aspects in your natal chart. Barring that, Tr. Moon conjunct Natal moon should be a lovely time... IP: Logged |

Well, if I didn't have to deal with my a-hole brother and my mom being so sick, I'd probably be having a lovely day! Normally, with a lunar return, I like to withdraw and spend the day daydreaming or doing something creative, in typical Piscean fashion. But not today! Ugh.If I can't spend my lunar return doing something creative, I will get irritable and depressed. I've been irritable, and now I'm getting depressed and moody. My a-hole brother's coming back this afternoon--nothing I can do about it as it's my moms house. My moon is in my 7th, and we've had one "open enemies" stand off this morning. I'm really not int he mood for another. My natal moon is afflicted: it's opposed to my 1st Pluto and squaring my 10th house Sun and Mercury. This is why having creative outlets are important to me--I need to resolve that t-sqaure tensions, especially when my natal moon is activated by crossaspects with synastry or transit. But right now I'm just wallowing in my irritability ad depression over the fact I pretty much hate the relationships I have with my family. IP: Logged |

This transit does make me more sensitive, so sensitive that anything can bother me. Normally I don't create dramas but when transiting moon is conjunct my natal moon it's been three times in a row by now that the same thing is happening since I first realized its effect on me.
I have Sun conjunct Uranus square Moon, maybe it has something to do with these mood swings. IP: Logged |
