I have this transit coming up and it says you may have to take care of a loved one for whatever reason. This just made me worry so I was wondering what everyone elses experience was with this transit? Anything good? Could it be a time maybe you nurse a baby instead?

i have this transit right now as well.
no loved ones.

but for me, it coincides with a lot of career and transformation related transits.

if you have other transits that reinforce the caretaking thing, then you might have something.

What is the ruler of your MC. Where is neptune transiting? Where is your natal neptune?

Is neptune making any other aspects?

You can't go by those generic transit readings.
