It shows your stronger planets, by sigs or houses in your case they are Mars and VenusIP: Logged |

Your final dispositors are Saturn & Pluto by sign, and Venus and Mars by house.It's basically the chart of a chain reaction. Starting @ the bottom of the graph and moving upwards. What it says in a sense is keep a watch on your Saturn and Pluto because how you integrate their energies affects strongly everything else in your chart.
They're the heart of your chart, so to speak. Also in synastry/transits/progressions, pay close attention as to how they're aspected. IP: Logged |

On the site, it said that Meryl Streep had two rulers Mercury and the Moon so she was two people in a sense or two split halves.
I have the same two rulers Moon(cancer) and Mercury (Gem).
Can you say that a person with this type of thing will have two sides to them--the intellectual and the emotional and it will feel split.
Mine does, too.
I can go back and forth but they DO feel distinct and separate.
My best friend says I am a few bricks short of a multiple

Why, musical chairs, of course!
First time ever that I saw it, it reminded me of something we used to play when we were toddlers, called it "pass the handkerchief" (literal translation). Kind of like musical chairs but with a hankey. 
On a serious note, it basically shows which planet rules over all the other planets based on signs and houses. The ones in circles are the global rulers. The ones on the bottom are kind of like the slaves and the ones in the middle are the middle class people
The wheels are just a line-up of the planets, and the arrows point to which planet is overruled by which other planet. Basically the same as the hierarchy, but made unneccesarily confusing. ------------------
