I would like to know more about Uranus!

As mentioned before, mine is in the processes of moving from my 3rd to 4th. Can you share some of your experiences of Uranus conj the IC and in the 4th house.

the 4th house represents home, family, deep-seated emotional stability, and security/self-protectiveness.

Uranus brings sudden changes, shocks, upheaval, it awakens. Uranus can cause chaos and different perceptions. It likes to liberate itself from restrictions and structure.

Since Uranus has been in Pisces I think it brings escapism, drugs, avoidance, etc into the picture.

So, my experience with all of this has been a huge change in my relationships with each of my immediate family members. There have been horrible upsets in our household in the past few years including my sister trying to commit suicide and becoming addicted to meth & cocaine and basically going crazy. It affected me intensely.

The relationship between my brother and I became extremely strained after his best friend and I were seeing each other behind his back and he was not OK with it.

My mother and I got in one enormous blow-up fight that ultimately resulted in a great talk that has lead to a great friendship.

As far as my own sense of protectiveness and emotional stability go...it's been tested through close, personal, significant relationships (not just with family).

Dolphin07 - IMO unusual families are cool...so long as everyone is loved

La_sexorcisto - It sounds like it was an extremely challenging time for you, but it's great that your relationship with your mother has improved.

SilverFairy - I also want to move but I'm a total homebody! I hear what your saying about not liking change, my home is definitely my haven.

My IC is at 29 degrees Pisces, so the bulk of the 4th is Aries. I wonder how the Arien influence will colour the transit? Power struggles perhaps? Fist fights ? Babies?? Who knows!?
