Venus and Mars aren't aspecting each other. Plus Venus is about to change signs and you will move on from this.

You Obviously still desire him becuse the Moon loves the Sun. But the Sun isn't really returning the favor. Plus the Sun is in the 7th meaning he's focused on himself right now.

But the Sun is ruled by Venus your significator, so he does seem to have some affection for you.

I'd say the answer is no.

OK, it doesn't look great and yes the other people being a concern can be viewed by your moon in the 11th but more so by the 3rd house (Jupiter with Pluto there).

You're Venus and the Moon - he's Mars and also Mercury, and the Sun. The sun is I think via combusta right now (conjunct Mercury...and rx to boot).

Whatever is happening looks like it's HIS 'fault' actually. He's showing as completely misunderstanding things by his own exact sq to rx Mercury and the Sun. This also feels like a pride issue on his end. Something definitely about him taking things WAY too personally and is being very stubborn by the way Mars, Mercury rx, and the Sun are interacting.

Your moon in Virgo is about to oppose Jupiter and then conjunct Saturn in the 12th. So it seems like things are getting to a standstill...however, I am not really convinced that it's over here between you or anything. You as Venus are quite dignified in Taurus...so I would really advise you to let this whole thing blow over because it seems the issue is somehow 'beneath you' and there's nothing you can do to 'talk' his Mercury rx out of stubbornness (until you leave Taurus and go into Gemini).

I chalk it up to Mercury rx lameness at this point.

thanks guys. your scarily accurate about everything MVM! yes i have defintitely "moved on from this" like you said ras. Because I am so PO'd right now. Im not worried so much about us splitting up anymore (my pluto square pluto transit scares the bejesus out of me), im livid because he violated my PRIVACY!
I left my facebook open and he read a message someone sent me. this guy said his wife was gone all day and wanted to see me.
My SO had opened it a few months ago also!!! and he saw the same guy, and i told the guy i would have to meet him somewhere discreet. yes i did, but it was sooooo taken out of context. i dont even like this guy at all! but why is my man looking in my facebook account.
i then explained to him i have been asking him to take me out on a date; he has gotten slack. maybe i need a date! but i dont want to go out with someone else, the fb issue it was just a flirt; meaningless.
i asked him last nigh after i posted if he was leaving or what since i was a little panicky. he looked at my kind of funny and said "why do you say that" so i dont think so. well this house is going to be just peachy for the next few weeks i guess.hmm and we just started to reconnect on thursday, we are usually best friends but we have drifted apart in the last couple months.
In the midst of it, i had decided to remove this married guy as a friend in order to make my boyfriend feel better. But i changed my mind! im not removing him because if i want to see him or not, then facebook is not going to change it, whether we are virtual friends or not! My man needs to learn how to trust me!
hes being so childish! ugh grow up. almost 40 for Petes sake...

Does he depend on you for money? You are in his 2nd house. Of course that can mean other things as well.

The sun will square mars (him) in his 4th, so maybe he will move or doesn't want to because he relies on you for money....?

Its a 7th house matter. Can you post the additional aspects so we can see if there are any parallel aspects? And house system should be on Regiomantaus.

Or maybe he's the one with the money. It's hard to tell. You are more weakened than he is here. You are critical, succedent, and near algol. He is angular and mars likes leo. Leo is prideful.

I'm not even sure this chart is radical because the moon is basically VOC, depending on your preferences. I prefer 3 aspects, but will usually settle for 2. One is dicey.

You are in a bad zone -- AC is 18 libra, which shows that it won't be a good outcome.

gem-i know its regio, but i was so upset, so i forgot. thank you.
i just let him have it.(verbally) i asked him if he wants all my passcodes and if he wants to see all the good stuff i have said on other websites. hopefully i will not again. i need to take a walk.
he is not good with money and neither one of us is dependent on the other for money, "per se". but you may be right about he stay here because of that. he's going through a drop in income.
i dont know what algol is but i guess its not good. I just have a problem with people violating privacy.and then try to attack you!Im also edgy due to PMS.
He left his yahoo open before, but i signed out and let him know that he left it open! thats what people should do!!

I don't always look at horary with regio. I know it's very subtle, but there's hardly a difference. Maybe it's just me though.

I think the violation of privacy thing sucks! At the same time, it looks like he's stubborn too. Diana knows more (much more lol)about fixed stars than I do, and I know they do count in horary.
Again tho I just see Mercury rx as being a culprit (And your PMS too...looks like we're on the same cycle lol ) so it seems like a lot more will be made clear after it goes direct.
I don't have a whole lotta experience with horary tho, I just kind of go with the little i do know and shoot from the hip.

The house system only really makes a difference for questions that don't involve looking at the angles. This question is a 1st house/7th house question. Regiomontanus only makes a difference if you're looking at things relating to succedent and cadent houses. HOWEVER, it could change what houses the planets are in and that can be important when reading horary charts.

Also, can you post a screencap of the extended info with the declinations on it? This way we can tell if there is a parallel aspect between the significators because as of now, it doesn't look like it. Your Venus and He's Mars. Neither make an aspect to each other so your co-significator is the Moon which also doesn't make an aspect to Mars. So, the next thing to look for is parallels between the significators. I'm still a beginner at this so you might wanna take this question over to astro.com's horary forum.

Hey, I checked the extra data and Venus and Mars are in an applying parallel less than one degree so the answer is favorable!

I can't read most of the other stuff but I can get a basic favorable, unfavorable, or unreadable answer. Maybe someone else can take it from there.

So intresting I also did a horary chart in yesterday. I get the same but my AC 25,48 in libra and my moon and saturn in conj. All of it in the same house. I think there are so good answer here.

Hey Popcorn, there is less than half a degree of applying orb for the Venus Mars parallel. To be exact, it's 46 minutes of arc. I think that counts in her favor. Also, asteroids aren't used in horary, just Part of Fortune and Chiron.

Also, I think it's only bad if the Moon is via combusta from 15* Libra to 15* Scorpio, not the Asc. I could be wrong though! I use moonvalleyastrologer's rules.
