found this info on asking horary question about twins? (thought I would share)but also have question.

there will be twins if SAG, Gemini, or Pisces be on the cusp of the 1st or 5th and jupiter, venus, sun, moon, and rulers of 1st and 5th be also within.

If fixed or moveable signs on the cusp of the first and fifth there will only be one.

so ???? does that mean that if SAG were on the cusp of the fifth and the moon were in the fifth that the ruler of the first or the fifth would also have to be in that sign to be twins ?

lol! I love it, you're already looking at this
I don't know about horary showing twins.
Natal MIGHT. My mother has Gemini on her 5th house cusp - no twins, but guess what? Two of my sisters are Geminis (plus I am a Virgo, which might count for the Mercury 5th house business). My brother is an Aqua, but still, I think the 5th house stuff in her chart is quite telling ! Her Mercury is also in Pisces so I guess you would consider this mutable and adding to the situation. Her first house is fixed - Aqua (with her Sun, Venus, and Mercury there ((both Merc and Venus are in Pisces)) ).

As for Sag/Jupiter on the 5th...it might mean even a lot of kids. Jupiter=expansion and leans toward abundance.

I know that doesn't answer your question, but I sometimes feel like these types of questions have several answers
