just wondered,if you have a Afflicted chart mostly, does this mean you are compatible with certain types of charts only? ones afflicted aswell? or ones that are harmonious? stellium types? and vice versa with all the other types of charts you may have, if you have a harmonious chart, are you better off with a partner who has a harmonious chart too, or a chart similar to your own? can different kinds 'work'? I want someone to understand me--- most of all.
I guess they would need the same afflictions in order to do that.
In synastry, he does have some of the same afflictions such as Saturn in the first house.
He and I had a parent who tried to destroy us.
However, after that he offers me things I do NOT have such as courage and spirit.

Yes letram, I agree. I have a mostly harmonious chart with I think no squares. I prefer a similar chart. I dealt with a squarey chart for 8 years and it wasn't good. ------------------
Virgo Asc 6˚& Mars 0˚
Gemini Sun 24˚
Libra Moon 14˚(conjunct Pluto 0˚ in 2nd house)
Gemini Mercury 25˚
Cancer Venus 29˚ (Mutual reception with Moon)

Look at your chart and pick out the most prominate aspect your Ascendant Ruler makes, take into consideration what house and sign it's in and look for someone with this/similar aspect in their Natal.

how does one figure 'prominence' ?
e.g the sign depositor calcs. indicate venus being strongest ..
the aspect is a 'sextile' to lunar chart ruler ..i started to do an hd study to find out what synastry common denominators were about
having to start from scratch after a major miscalculation :-) .. one conclusion was .. and is ..
that venus seems to be a make or break in one particular area of 'attraction' .. personaly i'm favouring bm.lillith on level with venus for now ..
( that's from noting a 'humour' flavour .. ) once ~ letram ~ has his formulas finalised ..
am hoping to hear he's started a matchmaking business ..
methinks he could be a success ..
