Can't seem to find anything on this but does anyone know what it means to have your Karma in someone's 7th house? I have my Karma and Moon in this person's 7th and his Juno is conjunct my NN too.

Seeker,
There are several ways this could play out depending on the aspects made to your Moon and Karma in his 7th, what sign is it in as that helps as well.
But in a nutshell, you are going to help this person learn and grow a lot as your presence motivates them to work through whatever Karma they have had with intimate relationships in this incarnation as you are able to show them where they can grow and overcome problems in this area.
What is this persons relationship history and how are you two involved?
Your Moon there makes this process natural as it shows that this person sees you as someone very nurturing and able to help them with these delicate areas with understanding and nurturing.
There's a natural trust there.

Thanks oneruledbymars that makes a lot of sense.

This is an ex of mine who has just resurfaced - the relationship ended in a mystery of sorts almost 17 years ago, as he just disappeared! He's a lighting designer and was on tour at the time and we've just found each other through mutual friends on FB. There was a huge apology and an explanation (pressure, stress, not wanting to admit he wasn't a knight in shining armour to me etc etc) and there still seems to be a huge amount of feeling there.

The Moon and Karma are in Capricorn and the Juno/NN are also there but too far away to be conjunct Moon/Karma.

Capricorn gives it some permanence as Saturn teaches lessons slowly and methodically but firmly...you may find him a changed man.
Juno again lends the idea of a committed relationship in the 7th house.....well and you get the romance.

Now you must look at it logically. Ask yourself if he adds to your world, and only stay as long as you feel like you are getting what you give.
Honestly it feels like you have learned a lot of how that works sincee you guys parted.
It does feel like a very tender and sweet connection, a reflection of the tenderness and sweetness you have inside. touching.....and inspiring...

Thank you so much for that! It's made me feel very positive about the whole thing - not that I wasn't before but I suppose I was worried that he would pull another disappearing trick at some point. But I think you could be right about him having changed - seems so much more comfortable in his own skin and much more relaxed about everything.

Will just have to see how things pan out Thanks again x

Awww...your welcome.
Yes just stay in the moment and selfishly tend to your own needs. Depending on how much Mutable Energy you are made of setting boundaries and defining needs always add more harmony to any connection.
The Universe will answer that by providing what your putting out, whether its him or someone else. Here is a chance for you to deepen your connection to yourself and the Source of the love you are feeling from him. It always helps to remember that he is just a human vessel for the Divine to reach you....as that he is dispensible until he proves himself otherwise.

Keep me posted....

Namaste...
