The physical difficulties that preemies face are daunting. In addition to being born with underdeveloped lungs and other organs, they have a higher than average risk for cerebral palsy, heart problems, mental retardation, hearing loss and blindness. These physical challenges are reflected astrologically in their birth charts. A recent astrological study** showed that a significant percentage of preemies are born under difficult aspects to their natal Sun, which represents physical health. The most common afflicting aspects are from Saturn and Neptune. This study showed that preemies were three times more likely than the average person to be born with Sun conjunct Neptune or with Saturn square their Sun. Compared with full-term births, preemies were twice as likely to be born with Saturn conjunct their Sun or with Neptune square their Sun. Mars is another astrological indicator of physical development, and this planet is typically challenged by Saturn or Neptune in the birth charts of preemies. more http://www.stariq.com/Main/Articles/P0001516.HTM IP: Logged |

it is true, I have only stressful aspects to my Sun: opposition from Uranus, quincunx from Neptune and square from Saturn and I was born 1.5 month premature so I should have been a Gemini IP: Logged |

My brother was also born a premature baby at 7 months. I think this kid is a genius, he always gets straight A's without trying hard. My mother has joked before that it's cause 7 is her lucky number and he is her lucky child lol. Here's his birthchart.. IP: Logged |

There was some talk about 12th house/Neptune stuff with this subject. I was born almost 3 week late and have my moon in the 12th. My mother also was born late and has 12th house moon. I realize we're late but I think there might be some commonalities with late or early because it might just mean something unusual about the birth timing itself. Saturn rules time and Neptune is about dissolve. Maybe Neptune and Saturn in aspect as well are about the dissolve of time, somehow canceling out when one 'should' be born? I do have a Yod with Saturn at the apex, with Neptune and Jupiter.I will also look at one of my sisters' charts since she was born like 2 months early, during a doctor's visit lol. IP: Logged |

OK, I looked at my sister's chart but she's got a wiiiiiiiiiiiiide opposition of Neptune/Sun (9degrees). She does have a close Saturn qx Sun. But I don't know if this is only for premature because my mom has Sun/Saturn square and she was late. Also my sister has no Saturn challenges to her Mars. But she does have Mars oppose Neptune. So I don't know what to think, if this can be pinpointed. If her birth time is right and I am pretty sure it is - this would put her Saturn in the 12th which might make sense because it's again like Saturn, that which rules time, is completely hidden and tucked away. The girl came out in a hurry, almost completely mindless of timing lol IP: Logged |

My sister was born two months premature and she doesn't have either of those aspects. But she does have Sun conj Mars and Sun square Moon. IP: Logged |

Wow.. this is interesting. I've thought about it recently. My SO was born 3 months premature. He's a Pisces-Sun which is also his chart-ruler (ascendant Leo). His Sun makes; a Square to Neptune (3 orb) a Square to Mars ( 8 orb) Yes, he's a typical Pisces and has addiction problems for a long time. His Saturn (in 12th) makes; semi-sextile to Mars (1 orb) inconjunction to Mercury (0,5 orb) sextile to Moon (2 orb) square to Jupiter (0,5 orb)

I wasn't a preemie but I was born 2.5 weeks early. That's somewhat unusual for a first child I think but still considered full-term. But I do have the Sun/Neptune square. ------------------ My Chart IP: Logged |

I was almost 3 weeks early, but definitely not a premie. My Sun and Saturn are Inconjunct, and my Mars is squared by Saturn/Uranus (and very widely squared by Neptune).IP: Logged |

I was born a month early. I didn't fit the stereotype at 7 lbs,15 ounces and 21 1/2 inches. Sun quincunx Saturn T-square of Moon in Pisces square Saturn-Neptune (Moon oppose Saturn/Neptune midpoint Winona Ryder was born on the same day. Her t-square was wider than mine. She doesn't have Moon oppose Saturn/Neptune midpoint like I do.

I was born too months early [2,7 kilograms]. I am a Cancerian, I guess I should have been a Virgo. When it comes to hard Sun aspects, I've got a Sun/Venus semisquare and a wide Sun/Pluto square. IP: Logged |
