Topic: solar arc progressions...anybody use them

i know i'm late.
but if i have ever doubted astrology, this will end that doubt.i started just by looking at all my planets close to angles and boy are they great timers for events. right now my solar arc MC is about to conjunct my natal sun. :-D what have been your experiences with solar arc progressions? ETA: hmmm...dnt think i'm reading this chart right. mc soo not conjunct natal sun. oops. IP: Logged |

I'm not sure I believe on Solar Arc progression but I in time just feel I must follow it. I've so much in SA progression in aspect to my natal just now and it's so interesting to follow but....I can't feel it.. Some of it now in separeting to my natal and I can not see it work.. I've better experience about predict my life with sec progression. For me I've been surprised about the lunar return works.That's my opinion and I think many other people on here think different than me. IP: Logged |

Electricmind-I just started looking into them. And it seems to echo what is going on in my Progressions and Converse charts... My SA I have been keeping my eye on.. SR Venus square my Natal Saturn (it's about 1 degree applying)
And SR MC Trine my Natal Jupiter (7th house ruler) which in my eyes I have been seeing a lot of Saturn/Venus going on with all my charts (MC with a Saturn feel and (7th house ruler with a Venus feel) When My SA Uranus conj my N Sun for a couple yrs I was moving left and right... and I just was a lot more restless than I normally am. I don't know if I'm at the place where I would just use SA to predict themes but I would definitely see if they back up all the other systems of predicting... but I'm a newbie to astrology. The concept of Solar Arc
is the 1 degree = 1 year
so astrologers use orb of 30 minutes of arc for applying and separating 30 minutes applying = 6 months
30 minutes separating = 6 months ------------------

i use them and they are almost 100 percent accurate. Read solar arcs by noel tyl. Hes really good and so it GV maybe she will see this and reply.IP: Logged |

Yes, I agree Solar arc directions are accurate.
