Glaucus,

I want to know the declination of planet / asteroid nodes. Is there any site or software that can show not only the longitude but also the declination of the nodes?

Nope

not that I know of

I think that they could be relevant, but the orbs would have to be small like no more than 15 minutes of arc.

Solar Fire can do Right Ascension nodes of planets, major asteroids,Hygeia,Astraea, and Sedna,Eris.

Right Ascension is the equatorial longitude while Declination is the equatorial latitude

Both Right Ascension and Declination are viewed as relevant for only Geocentric system, and so it would be relevant for only the Geocentric Nodes.

However, astrologers are known or mixing coordinates with each other, and so it could be a valid method.
