Their synastry is quite lovely with him bringing the grand trine via gemini, the only thing would be their mutual inclination to distortion of reality, seeing what they want to see, her sun pisces conj mc sq neptune, his dsc ruler being neptune conj his moon. i think he's pretty smitten with her and he helps to alleviate some of the tension caused by her libra stellium. his mars neptune opp is something to look out for, i don't know what level he's operating on, but if it doesn't work out i think they'd be good friends.

People often pinpoint the harmonic side of Trines. I found that a good relationship needs a bit of passion/drama (squares) ... Moon conjunct Pluto & Saturn makes me a wee bit nervous for her. Sure, the relationship could be intense. But it could also present an unnecessary bind.

That said , their Sun/Moons are in mutual reception so this could be a very significant relationship for the both of them

I've seen Moon Neptune conjunction conjunct other persons Neptune in a friends chart. His relationship has been very intense. In a short period of time they started living together and they live together to this date (3 years) .

I think they are generally well suited to one another's personalities.

They have some squares and oppositions so there should be chemistry. She'll have the pluto/sat on her moon as long as she dates in her age range, for good or bad. If she doesn't like it, she needs to go older or younger. That contact will intensify her natal aspect.
