that my saturn is stationary direct. How did I never know that before?? That's pretty significant. It's in its shadow. My uranus is stationary rx, so it's also in its shadow.

This makes the planets so much more powerful in my chart.

Wow. Can't believe I didn't know any of this.

The Stationary Position is suppose to intensify the planet's influence, right? Because that would make sense for me, I have Pluto Stationary Direct and my life has been one big ball of constant change, even when I've tried to resist it.

Exactly, especially with the astronomers discovering new objects like Pluto's fellow transneptunians and Chiron's fellow centaurs as well as asteroids.

also looking at your chart in different coordinates like Declination,Right Ascension as well as the nodes of objects besides the Moon.

This definitely has been the case with me. They definitely filled in the blanks and help me understand my life purpose.

Stationary planets are powerful energies. I always pay attention to objects that are stationary. They tend to be a dominant life theme

like stationary Saturn a dominant theme of discipline, structure
stationary Uranus a dominant theme of unpredictability, change, independence
stationary Pluto a dominant theme of transformation, regeneration, elimination as well as evolutionary intensified lessons, experiences.

My unknown biological father had a conjunction of stationary direct Jupiter and stationary direct Saturn. He also had stationary retrograde Neptune.

He had 3 stationary planets.

I believe those stationary planets figured into his insecure personality that involved a drug problem.

I just realized my Sun, Mercury, Venus, and Jupiter are all parallel each other. I don't know how to interpret that though.

------------------
Virgo Asc 6˚& Mars 0˚
Gemini Sun 24˚
Libra Moon 14˚(conjunct Pluto 0˚ in 2nd house)
Gemini Mercury 25˚
Cancer Venus 29˚ (Mutual reception with Moon)
And yes, i'm a guy!

Sun Parallel Mercury

You place great importance on the mental faculty but you may yourself be quite nervous and temperamental. Fixing the worlds' problems starts with fixing your own physical and psychological instability. Once this is completed you are able to offer others a clarity of vision that is quite helpful in sorting out the details of normal cause and effect in your life and in the lives of others.

Sun Parallel Venus

A feeling of love and beauty fill you at some deep level and you are able to translate this into positive expectations about the future. You possess a sweetness and have a knack for creating harmony.

Sun Parallel Jupiter

Over-expanse gets you into trouble but your positive expectations help you gain many rewards in life. Your cheerful optimistic spirit assists you in bringing any project to a good conclusion. The ability to create more of whatever you have, becomes problematic whenever you have difficulties or troubles as they can also multiply. Your mental attitude holds the key to your actions, just as your values hold the key to the way your mental life unfolds.

Virgo Asc 6˚& Mars 0˚
Gemini Sun 24˚

Mercury Parallel Venus

You color your expressions with great cheerfulness and artistic flair. There is a sociableness to your demeanor which give you sparkle. The aesthetic taste you bring to conversation gives you charm, graciousness, and general likeability.

Mercury Parallel Jupiter

You have the common sense and intelligence to learn the necessary ingredients for any project that you undertake. Your optimistic expansive nature will get you into overly complex situations with ever expanding horizons, but this is good as this increases your philosophic understanding of every life circumstance.

Venus Parallel Jupiter

You have a sociable and hospitable nature. You have the ability to make the best out of any situation. This sometimes gets you into trouble because your expectations are sometimes beyond what the world can supply, therefore you can either suffer from overindulgence or over-extension.

Mars Parallel Ascendant

You are able to muster that extra energy to complete a project and you have an underlying fascination with physical strength. You can access a fun-loving zest for life if you give yourself the time to step back from your work pattern and have some detachment from your intense focus.

Hey Glaucus, how many degrees orb would you allow for parallels and contra-parallels in the natal? The ones I listed in my chart are all under 1.5 degrees except one which is slightly under 2 degrees. My MC isn't far off from those planets. My MC is parallel those planets 4 degrees and I want to know is it countable.

I use 1 degree like most astrologers

but if you can relate to wider orbs, then that's ok

orbs are subjective any way

SD planets are very powerful, think about when merc or mars were just recently stopped in the sky -- but imagine that in your chart all the time.

I thought I knew everything about my chart, but I guess you guys are right.

I just realized I have a yod in my chart! It wasn't showing until I did "show aspect lines to all" on Astro. It's a tight one too, with Chiron as the apex and Neptune and Pluto the sextile.

I'll have to think on that. Chiron is in the 3rd house, Pluto the 8th, and Neptune the 10th.
