What Solar Arc aspects were Venus and Moon making to your natal chart when you had a child?

Was the moon even relevant in child birth in progressions?

SA Moon = Pluto (this was a conjunction occurring in my 5th house)
SA Asc = Venus (this was a square from my 1st to my 4th house Venus)

My Secondary Progressed Moon was at 1°Leo and had just moved over the IC.

-trined my Mars/Saturn in H3
-trined my Pluto in H4

Progressed Sagittarius Moon was in my H5
-conj my Neptune in H5
-sextile my Mars/Saturn in H3
-sextile my Pluto in H4

Scorpio Jupiter was transiting my H4

Yeah i've seen 2 of my friends give birth when SA ascendant was on venus.

Yes, I do, and natally the conj makes a square to the planets that were trined that day by SA and sextiled by Secondary Progressed. I find that amusing, and honestly I don't think the time will ever be "right" for me to have another child. Maybe progressions may have something to do with that, since my natal aspects, you'd read em and say 'she'll never be able to conceive' etc. since they are very barren aspects, incl house rulers and house placements.

SA Venus conjunct Vertex
Progressed Venus conjunct Sun
SOL ASC (the one in red) conjunct Sun
SA ASC opposition SA Venus
Progressed Moon Quintile North Node
SA North Node square Moon
