I read somewhere that in tragic matters concerning childbirth look for dark moon lilith to be involved and it does seem reasonable given her nature with children.

An example was the chart of a woman who first child who was afflicted with mental retardation.
The natal moon was conjunct Dark moon lilith. (abnormal)

After looking at my mothers birth chart her BML was exactly conjunct her 5th house cusp trine my brothers name exact in her first house.

Just another reason for me to put off childbirth, I guess. I have all the liliths conjunct my Natal Moon.

I heard she had some to do with miscarriages too.

I have all the liliths conjunct my mars, semi sextile my moon/venus/saturn/NN, square my AC/jupiter, opposing my neptune and trine my pluto/uranus.

I have had 3 kids successfully with no dramas!
