SEE YA!!!Only now he wont go away...LOL... He keeps trying to convince me to bend to "his" way.. I'm not having it and I'm sticking to my guns.. so NOPE... not gonna happen... I dont know the time he was born, so dont pay attention to his house's or ASC.. But the planets are correct... Why wont he give up?? Or AT LEAST get off the 'my way' thing!! CUZ to be honest Im some what intrigued... BUT Im not going to bend........

I'm guessing you can't count moon either? considering it moves like 12 degrees in a day.IP: Logged |

"but OMG I just cant get into him at all... He's a real jerk and demanding, and even told me its my way or the highway! WHATEVER!! SEE YA!!!"Please check Eris. It's a dwarf planet, and it's even larger than Pluto. Its discovery is what got Pluto demoted and Ceres promoted with both classed as dwarf planets along with Eris. Makemake and Haumea also joined as dwarf planets. I see that you included Sedna and Varuna, and those are transneptunian dwarf planet candidates. Both are smaller than Eris which is the largest of the dwarf planets. according to Eris' discoverer, Dr. Michael Brown: Dr. Michael E. Brown, a professor of planetary astronomy at the California Institute of Technology who discovered the distant ball of ice and rock that he nicknamed Xena and that had been designated 2003 UB313, chose the name Eris, after the goddess of discord and strife in Greek mythology. “It is absolutely the perfect name,” Brown said, given the continuing discord among astronomers and the public over whether Pluto should have retained its planetary status. In mythology, Eris ignited discord that led to the Trojan War. “She causes strife by causing arguments among men, by making them think their opinions are right and everyone else’s is wrong,” Brown said. “It really is just perfect.” http://tech.mit.edu/V126/N38/38shorts2.html The Libra planets could be in opposition to Eris within 3 degree orb that I use for minor planets.

I've read in one of my synastry books that if you don't know a person's time of birth, it is valid to chart a solar chart for that year and use that instead. Not sure what anyone else thinks of it, but I've compared solar charts before and I find them valid in that they really show how the interactions between two people change over time and what is going on with each particular personality in a particular year. "Eris conju Eris @ 13 Ari both"so it looks there is a Sun-Eris opposition in the Composite chart within a 3 degree orb. ------------------ Raymond Supporting the Neurodiversity Movement A Different Mind Is Not A Deficient Mind. http://people.tribe.net/4b0cf8c4-1fc3-4171-92d3-b0915985bf95/blog IP: Logged |

"So thats why he's a jerk... Too bad cuz he was super HOT.... LOL" Well.....not exactly
it's an aspect in a composite chart which is a chart that signifies the relationship itself. The Sun-Eris opposition reflects the possiblity that there could be an issue of discord, controvery, and even lack of consideration of equality, diversity in the relationship. ------------------ Raymond Supporting the Neurodiversity Movement A Different Mind Is Not A Deficient Mind. http://people.tribe.net/4b0cf8c4-1fc3-4171-92d3-b0915985bf95/blog IP: Logged |

Yeah, the moon moves about 1 degree per Rising Sign, or 1 degree every two hours. IP: Logged |

No Diana, because with a Solar chart the time of birth doesn't matter. You're just casting a chart for that year when the Sun is in the same position by degree/minute/second as it was when you were born. That chart then, acts as your Natal for that year only. The ASC and other placements affected by the time of birth fall wherever they fall when the Sun is in the correct position.Astro.com does all the work for you anyway. You just pick a year and choose "solar chart" and it'll do one for you calculated down to the closest second. Easy! Using the Solar chart in synastric comparison does work to some extent. And actually, I feel it might have a bearing on the discussion for why sometimes great synastry "doesn't work". I cast a chart for my Leo for 2009 and he had Aquarius rising and all these work-focused placements. Our natal synastry isn't fairytale synastry though, so I wasn't really looking for why it "didn't work", lol. It's just intense. Lots of Saturn squares and oppositions and sexually intense aspects. For 2010, he appears much more receptive to love and a relationship. It's also interesting -- speaking in the context of comparing Solar charts -- that we turned a corner and opened up to one another after my 2010 Solar chart came into effect in January (much better Synastry between our Solar charts and my Solar and his natal). But I'm just speculating as to any major relevance, I really haven't tested it or used it extensively enough to draw any huge conclusions. I think it can be used as a valid tool for painting a clearer picture of what is going on between two people. IP: Logged |

Do you mean SR chart? If so, tob will change the house cusps, making it less accurate for AC/DC etc. You'll still be able to see how the moon (maybe), venus, mars, jupiter, and to a certain extent mercury, relate to your chart and theirs, but you need a TOB for a better reading. IP: Logged |

I guess you're right, it is more exact when you have a TOB. I read it originally in a book I have as a suggestion in a synastry for when the time of birth/ASC/Moon/etc is not known. You'd use a solar chart for that year instead. Its not really a necessary substitute if you actually do know the birth time for both subjects. if you want to compare it anyway, then I guess you can calculate it to be as exact as you want.
