Interesting looking at Clegg and Cameron's charts - easier to see why they found some common ground despite very different politics and squared suns! I have my natal Saturn at 4 degrees Cancer and for me at the moment it's all big lessons - some of which I'm on the way to mastering but others I'm still having trouble with. Old habits die hard. Uranus and Jupiter are just nudging their way into my 10th house and funnily enough my job seems to be one of the most positive things at the moment. Someone mentioned early degrees Cap too and that's where my NN is - does anyone know how that would be affected? IP: Logged |

Thanks for posting Camron & Clegg's charts Starkiss Imo the reason Clegg & Camron are able to work together is because they are very similar men: same age, middle class & Oxbridge educated. They even look like they're related! lol It's looking like David Miliband is favourite to lead the Labour party. Miliband's age, ethnicity & educational background is similar to the newly-weds. Wish it would be Dianne Abbott but that will never happen but I digress. There are a number of dynamic aspects that suggest dual motivation & the ability to inspire each other - Loads of same planet conjunctions (generational aspects, since they were born so close together), squared cardinal Suns, Sun conj Mars & Jupiter square Mercury. They both have Pluto & Uranus opposite Saturn - transformation of the status-quo & upheaval of tradition. If this coalition government isn't a break from the status quo, I don't know what is! I'm really drawn to their Taurus north nodes & the Jupiter/Venus opposition. This could talk of their focus & priority to sort out the financial deficit. Does anyone know the mundane chart of the UK? My chart ruler Jupiter is at 1 degree Cancer, and it's opposing my DC ruler Mercury at 3 Capricorn, which Pluto is conjunct to.i've regained my calmness a bit but last few weeks were like burning stars falling from sky non-stop and burning down everything... it was SO HARD. but i'm trying to think it's just the necessity measure for a new beginning. Sun in cancer @ 4 degreesRight now its squaring t. Neptune & t. Chiron but its trining my natal moon & Jupiter, opposing my natal Uranus and making a sextile to my ASC If anything, I feel like I've woken up from a 3 year coma. I'm finally finishing my degree after much stagnation, moved house and changing jobs. No relationships still. That's pretty much it. I have a solar return coming up in 3 weeks. IP: Logged |

Moon in Cancer, 3 degrees Neptune [ruler of my 7th H] in Capricorn, 1 degreeI've got some insane aspects on my natal/transit chart atm. I am having a crisis with someone I thought was a close friend but seems she's only interested in boosting her own ego. Also, I have gotten close to a very nice lady, we're hanging out frequently and we've got lots in common. She's got Mars and Moon in Cancer too. My personal/emotional issues and affairs are my no.1 priority at the moment. I am feeling somewhat confident about my self these days, yet more emotionally vulnerable..

well since early cancer is the "release point" for the big t-square in the sky, any disturbance you are suffering should be all for the good, it is the aries/cap/lib folks i worry about, and that is basically half my family!!my uranus (chart ruler) is at 3+ cancer (5th house) and i am loving this energy even though the big guys rubbing up against each other is pretty plain to see out there... katatonic, sorry to hear of your worry for your family members, but i'm relieved to hear all the disaster in life right now IS indeed all for the good... what a violent cleansing it has been. but for the new and better times to come! lets hang in there...but my Virgo boyfriend, who's Ascendant is at 7 degree Capricorn, and Mercury at 0 Libra, and a huge Stellium in Virgo (which ruler Mercury of course is conjunct the transit Saturn), is having THE major transformation in every aspect of his life, through never ending series of disaster. i seriously feared he would not survive. but he's hanging in there. he'll make it. The only drastic events could be that I meet my old love who help me with my flat. I get the feelings back again but he in a new relationship so the feelings are only to me. Diana, I feel that Saturn is a protector of planets in early Libras (or late Virgo) because the transiting planets opposing and squaring the early degrees of Libra (Uranus/Jupiter in early Aries and Pluto in early Cap) would have a highly destabilizing effect and Saturn is like a shield, offering Libran planets grounding and helping them to stay put. I have my moon there, and at any other time, Saturn conjunct moon would have been depressing, but with the onslaught of Jupiter/Uranus and Pluto, Saturn on my moon is helping me stay clear eyed and focused and grounded. Hmmm, maybe. I never thought of it that way, but it's possible. Maybe it depends which house saturn rules in your chart and how comfortable you are with saturn energy. I am actually pretty comfortable with it myself. For most it's very hard. I think after my saturn return I became more accustomed to its energy. IP: Logged |

^^^ What a great way to work with the energies of the quadruple whammies, IQ.I was wondering, since the whammies form a grand cross, could Cancer actually be the release point, or the way out of the grand cross? IP: Logged |

Thanks again Starkiss As suspected, there are a few points in the UK's chart that are located in early Cardinal degrees. The UK's Uranus at 2 degs Libra was hit by the Cardinal transits. Quite apt as Uranus rules the unusual, unique & unity, all aspects of the new government. I wonder if Uranus rules the letter "U" all well. lol IP: Logged |
