What kind of synastry aspects could indicate that a couple could be engaged in an on again off again relationship? Uranus aspects or maybe saturn to glue people together that keep coming back for more?IP: Logged |

Sun/Uranus(sq/opp strongest) Venus/Uranus Any significant Uranus aspects If its on and off, I would guess some stressful saturn aspect(s) going on as well bringing them together despite the challenges.IP: Logged |

I'd say that it's more apparent in the Composite.Sun/Moon/Venus square or opposition Uranus. IP: Logged |

Uranus opposing personal planets like Venus, Mars, even Chiron.Sometimes, Pluto squares or oppositions and even conjunction will do that too. The parties will try to break away from each other, other to come back over and over again because of Plutonic obsession. IP: Logged |

I agree with what has been mentioned here. I also believe this is more aparent in the composite than in the synastry. My ex and I fit this profile. In the composite there is an unaspected Saturn conjunct the Scorpio Asc from the 12th, which I think is the karmically binding element. Heaven knows I tried my best to despise him, hate him, forgive him and eventually get over him... only to find myself interested again. Composite Uranus is in the 1st in opposition to Venus in the 7th. Pluto is conjunct Moon in the 12th and opposes Sun and Mercury in the 6th. ------------------ Every day is a battle with yourself, one you can never win, nor lose, nor abandon. IP: Logged |

EITHER:1. Some strong attraction aspects without basic compatibility OR:
Simultaneous presence of strong Saturn/Pluto and Uranus aspects. IP: Logged |

I have this type of relationship with someone - we have Venus, Mercury, Sun and Mars, opposing Uranus, in the composite. Saturn softly aspects Uranus and one of the planets (I forget which one), and I think we also have Mercury trine Neptune. Synastry is pretty good, except for four of his planets are semi-sextile my Moon/Venus/South Node (His Sun and moon on one side, and his Mars/saturn on the other side).
