about this guy's personality?

He's someone I am very interested at atm and I'd like to a few opinions here.
It's the very first time in my life that I feel confident enough to pursue the object of my desire and I just don't know why.
He works at a place that I visit quite often, there's been some light chit chat, some serious looks.. We are Facebook friends as well - nothing too big though.
Anyway, his whole attitude towards me seems quite positive so far.
He is from another part of the country but seems like he's been in many places before. Also, he looks like a funky, friendly hobo with a penchant for psychedelia and booze - not really my type of guy, to be quite honest.

I'd like to approach him even more and establish a more stable connection with but I don't know how. I am a bit intimidated by this whole thing.

Could be Virgo riser. Great natural ability for work, though that drive may go within the next 5 years. Mercurial career.
11th house Cancer, Moon opposite Uranus and Mercury. Likely to be a verbal rebel at social events. Not ideal after a few drinks.

Great chance for relations with that seperating Neptune sextile. If it is. If not, wish you well
