Ruler of your ASC, Pluto as also ruler of your MC, Mercury, both in the 2nd: you will get some money (from the work) but you will also spend lots of the money.

Ruler of your 9th, Sun in the 1st is (1st house is very important house in SR): you will be for sure somewhere far away this year.

Any angular house (1st, 4th, 7th and 10th) is very important in Solar Return.

The 1st house shows, how we look, how we behave this year, what happens to us personally. When I had Venus in the 1st (on ASC) I fell in love. I had it only twice in the life. I was more times in love but not so deeply.

The closer is some planet to ASC, the better (of course there must be Sun, Jupiter, Venus or Moon). Pluto there means some kind of transformation. Uranus means, we want to change something in that SR year, ect..

The year 2009-10 I've venus conj AC in SR and it was a year without love. My SR AC and SR venus was also conj my N mars. If everyone guess when they seen my SR chart I think they should say there will be a love year. I think we also must count the transit. Saturn play a big role here to stop my love life. I meet one love and I thought I was in love but when I knew him he show me all the psychodrugs he eating and after that I lost all my feelings for him. The most of the time in 2009 I have T saturn in square to my N venus..

My Venus is ruler of my ASC and my Sun (Taurus Sun, Libra ASC). Maybe that is reason that I fell in love. My Venus was exact on ASC, not in the 1st house. That means ruler of my Natal ASC was in conjunction with SR ASC.
From other side, Venus in SR 7th means nothing to me, as my N Venus has nothing to do with 7th. When I have Sun in 7th (N Sun in 7th), believe me in that case happens a lot. There are men from somewhere, like they came from the sky. Will that be positive, depends what aspects has Sun. If there are only challenged aspects, it will be nothing on the end. Many opportunities and the result: ZERO!
When I met my American (in that time I had no idea about Astrology) in my SR Sun was in 7th without any aspect. Solo! The result was: on the end I was alone (sola).
Of course I do now Solar Returns for previous years and see why something has happened and why has finished.
Saturn Transits are very important. I have since half a year Saturn trine Venus. I didn't see anybody or met somebody.
My problem is my health: some 90-100 year old medical doctor, that can help me, is welcome!

You take house 2 as possessions (not the exorcist kind) - however many s's are in possession. Money is also a good feature of that house, food too.

Natally, you earn money (2nd house) through children/games/betting (Leo on 2nd cusp) and you see this as very much a job, not a pleasure (Sun placed in 6th)

The return will tell you where/what/how you will find that natal 2nd house matter in the coming solar year. No, it's not a general prediction for your whole natal. Thats stupid thinking! Don't mind saying that from just theory alone!

Do people STILL think the SR is a general prediction for the whole chart? What about Mercury, Venus, Moon etc? Shocker!
