I think Braveheart got it from the astrology. If she guessed the correct information about the situation, I believe she got it from transiting Uranus having just squared your natal Mercury (which rules your midheaven - career). Uranus rules your 6th House of employment so there's been shakey energy around the job, which is also suggested by the current Saturn-Uranus opposition that's been hovering within that same degree location for over a year now. Whether you got a job or lost a job and regained a job or whatever, there is a lot of strong energy up around employment for you and has been for quite some time. There is one strong pattern suggesting that you're having some good luck with employment or it's coming up very soon. The energies are a little contraditory because of the Saturn-Uranus opposition going on, but along with the bumps and scrapes there are also big points of good luck.Personally, I think you had some kind of a romantic interlude and if you didn't, one is coming up for you. And it might be secret. It may involve someone of a foreign nature or during a long distance travel of some kind. Those are my votes. That's what the astrology tells me. IP: Logged |

WOW!!! Geo and Braveheart GOT IT RIGHT!!! Kudos to your astro skills!!!Well, I didn't get fired, I got laid off. I went into work as usual and was told to go see one of the Shift Managers. Went into the office and was informed of a reduction in force. I swear it took EVERYTHING in me not to jump for joy!!!! I had to sit their and pretend that I was a little upset about the whole thing. So I handed in my creds, shook their hands and said nice working with you and walked out. When I got outside all I could say was THANK YOU GOD! You see, I have been planning to leave the Casino industry for years. I originally planned on getting fired this summer so this layoff came right on time! I have a meeting with the financial aid officer at the local community college so thats the direction i'm going. I can collect unemployment for 2.5 years but I probably will get something part time on the weekends. So i'm just gonna enjoy my first summer off since I was 14 and just have fun with my kids. It feels like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and a cloud has moved from my head. I don't know if you guys have ever experienced working in a profession that you absolutely hate. People cough 2 feet from your face and don't cover their mouths. You breathe in their filthy second hand smoke with no recourse. You have to kiss the uber rich's behinds. People always licking their fingers then handing you their money EEEEEEWWWWWWW!!!!!! Most of all, I got really tired of wishing people would hurry up and lose their money so they could get off my table. That job really brought out the worst in me, as I don't ever want to wish negativity on anyone. I'm just glad its over. 13 years and 5 years of double shifts, they can keep it lol! Pharm.D here I come! As far as romantic interlude's, I dunno as I just wanna be alone for a while. I mean, i'm open if a special lady comes around but trust me, i'm not out there approaching women and flirting to get something started. WOW Geo, you are GOOD! Kudos again! And you were on point when you said the issue of unemployment has been around for a while. You don't know how many times I just wanted to quit but couldn't (no unemployment if you quit). ------------------ Virgo Asc 6˚& Mars 0˚ Gemini Sun 24˚ Libra Moon 14˚(conjunct Pluto 0˚ in 2nd house) Gemini Mercury 25˚ Cancer Venus 29˚ (Mutual reception with Moon) And yes, i'm a guy! I totally understand the dead end job thing. It's a total soul killer. One of my dead end jobs also involved dealing with 2nd hand smoke for 2 years. The strange thing about reading your last post is that I just finished watching the "I Love Lucy" episode where she is gambling in Monte Carlo and keeps winning by mistake. She walks into the casino and finds a chip on the floor (yeah, like that could happen), throws it on a table just to get rid of it. It lands on 26 and she wins. She keeps trying to push the chips away telling everyone that the chip didn't belong to her and she keeps winning until she has racked up 1,000,000 Francs (1956 currency). Anyway, I thought it was weird seeing the show then hearing about your adventures as a dealer in a casino. Casino's are completely foreign to me but it's a funny coincidence. I was also laid off about a year ago and was totally understanding to my employers then I jumped for joy as well. Congratulations and I really hope you enjoy your vacation. Maybe that's what I was seeing since I was looking at your Solar Arc Venus conjunct natal Mars. Your Mars rules your 8th House of others resources (unemployment compensation? sexuality?) and it also rules your 9th House of long distance travel. Who knows, you could just be in for some happy adventure all around. IP: Logged |

i could say that you are seeing the light in the darkness right now a person would expect to be sad, worried and frustrated to lose the job,but htis was a Gift to you, something that you wanted, and it was granted for you to be able to enjoy Life the best you can and want. i also believe we are all here to be happy and fullfilled.to enjoy life´s pleasures and not be stuck to something we hate. im happy for you enjoy! Very good analysis! I could not post due to Internal server errors for 2 days but my guess was that you lost a job due to differences with authority but still made more money than usual for the year from a surprise inheritance or even a lottery ticket. IP: Logged |

Braveheart & iQ,Braveheart, that was some guess, I'd say you've got quite a psychic gift. iQ, I was having the same problem for those same 2 days with the error message. I liked your mention of a surprise inheritance or even a lottery ticket. With the Jupiter-Uranus conjunction hanging out around the Aries Point, I knew some surprising good luck was hanging around there, too, but Saturn could have been behaving like the wild card in this instance. Saturn was the "loss" but Jupiter-Uranus was the surprising happy win, no doubt. IP: Logged |

Hi GV, << Saturn was the "loss" but Jupiter-Uranus was the surprising happy win, no doubt. >>Exactly! After reading his relief, we get to see another side of Jupiter-Uranus, of giving freedom with the help of a higher conscience. I hope Jupiter-Uranus in Aries does this on a very grand scale in the coming months. I am praying that millions of kids worldwide simultaneously get a download about generating free energy and put an end to petroleum usage once and for all.
