Look at that Venus-MC conjunction. He has definitely furthered her career. She uses her sexuality to keep him in his place.Can't warm to her. Whenever I see her the term "gold digger" always comes into my mind. IP: Logged |

PA,They are married for almost 10 years. Pretty enough without Saturn here: to give some longevity or stability. She could make her career without him. Don't you think so? I am trying to find something more than I see, but I can’t. B.

I think it's a good business arrangement for her. She benefits quite well - financially, domestically, career, etc. Meanwhile he gets the trophy bride on his arm. It works out well for both of them. I'm not saying that they don't love each other as well, but I don't think it's that pure.I don't think she'd have had the opportunities that she's had in Hollywood if she wasn't ******* one of the biggest names in Hollywood. This Synastry Chart is nothing special. I doubt even that Catherine has the right birth time.

I was just talking about this - I've had Venus on my MC for most of my long term commitments. My boyfriend's Venus conj my MC closely and we're talking about going into business.
But also conj to the MC will be oppositions to the IC - that's right to your soul and hard to miss.
I generally like this type of aspect...I think I just like the pull to the angles.
Maybe she is a moneydigger...maybe not...but she's hot! And maybe they're happy? If not, oh well ...wouldn't be the first time a celeb marriage just looks happy because its long term lolIP: Logged |

her 8th ruler conjuncts his 10th ruler.
his 7thruler conjuncts her MC.
his 5th house ruler conjuncts her 8th house ruler. That is actually pretty hot.
Her 4th house ruler conjuncts his Moon, which rules his 9th house.
(Besides Mars conjunct Moon in synastry can be pretty steamy)
Ruler of her 2nd house conjunct his MC-ruler, if i see it right. This could mean that she profits financially from his career / social status / publicity, or it could just mean that he is giving her security.

I dont think she married him for furthering her career. If anyone married anyone else for the wrong reason, it was him. Thats never been my feeling about them. Also, if that was the case, she would of divorced him a long time ago. Like what MVM was saying...10th house aspects are much more deeper than people give it credit for, IMO.IP: Logged |

Michael loves Catherine very much. That is visible all over.
This Chart must be wrong. Catherine looks to me like ASC Scorpio (the same as Michael) and not Sagittarius.
Beside that her look is very much like from one woman from European Royalty. The other woman was first ASC Scorpio (in German Forum) and now she is ASC Sagittarius.Where are all Astrologers they do rectifications? B. IP: Logged |

I think it is a bit dangerous to conclude the ASC by the looks of a person. In many cases it will be misleading.
The only way to do rectification is checking the transits and Solar ARcs at certain events in her life, and if it doesn`t click, the ASC may be wrong.IP: Logged |

DD,You know that I collect Natal Charts. I have lots of them.
Even Elizabeth Taylor is ASC Sagittarius (somewhere). She was always ASC Libra. Oprah Winfrey has at least three ASC. Just those very famous people have more Ascendants. Sometimes I think that they don't want to give right birth time. Some Astrologers play with the Charts. Lately I have found that Hitler was born, April 21st, 1889 at 00:45 am in Brunau.am Inn, Austria.

well, I remain sceptical about that "playing with ASC`s", as what people find very often is triggered by their personal view on a certain sign.
