If someone has their north node in the same sign as your sun, what does this mean? For example, if Person A has their north node in Aries and Person B has their Sun in Aries, then what does this mean?

I have a Gemini friend with Aries NN exactly conjunct my Sun. She has changed a lot since she knows me in a positive sense. I see a Libra side to her (SN) in the sense that she finds it very difficult to leave a relationship and friendships (even when they are toxic and past their expiration date). I think she likes herself more and she's more confident since we've been friends. This girl is SO intelligent and interesting and she just puts herself down. She was always under the impression that her "bf" was in some way "better" than her and she had to do everything to keep him, while he was being a total jerk. She said I give her a huge ego boost LOL

Uggg! I have trouble with this..
My NNode is in Taurus, and I cannot get along with a Taurus man to save my life!! (it's different with the women, for the most part) it seems like a constant power struggle. It feels like they are always trying to get me to do things "their way" even if it's something that I've done longer than them.
I get seriously frustrated with Taurus men.

Not only that, but they seem to be attracted to me, but I am not to them, and they take it as some kind of weird challenge. I hate this because then they get seriously pushy, and I don't like 'in your face' kinda guys.
They don't give up!

I guess, or I know I'm to learn something from them, and I try, I swear I do!!
God/Karma whatever- keeps putting them in postion of authority in my life.

Sometimes I just wanna crawl into my SNode and never come out. lol.

I dont like Cappy boys for the most part either - my ex was one with a stellium (I like Cappy venus just fine thou).
I seriously think NN contacts are good for like learning but I don't always associate them with pleasantness. It's just not been cuddly for me. I think it's good if others can get some seriously good and uplifting stuff from Sun/NN contacts...mine have repeatedly been terrible. I don't like Capricorn males. I'm often initially attracted to them but then they get on my nerves once I get to know them. I find them to be socially stupid most of the time (yes yes I know there are exceptions) and preoccupied with what they can GET so they can say they have it, never mind if it's what they want (socially stupidity mixed with a status inferiority complex). And the Cappy females (with exception of a couple I know) are a complete nightmare for me to deal with their bossier-than-thoughness. Seriously, keep them away from me.
Every time (almost) these suns are on my NN I want to scream bloody murder. Maybe because my NN is in the 9th house it's also suggesting that I get the hell away from them, far away.

The very few I like are really golden, but they are VERY few. And they're not making aspects to my NN either lol

My boss has both sun and mars in Taurus conjunct my NN & Venus, very closely.
So far it's kind of neutral.. He's a bit too feisty for my liking. I wouldn't say I like or dislike him... I haven't had a chance to really get to know him yet.

Often I attract Mars on NN and/or Mars on SN.. possibly because Venus is on my NN and Pluto on my SN lol

That is interesting MVM, because the words you described about Cappy men, is almost word for word how I feel about Taurus men.
The getting what they can get, the social issues.. so many things.

Strange though how our perceptions are the same, but just with different signs.

As you know I married a Cap too, and it took me a long a s s time to figure out that I should of kept it as a friendship, because I make awesome friends in Caps. Men and women.

(Course Cap being on the other side of me, well, I don't have to go into it, you know how next door neighbor signs can be.! Only my other neighbor, Scorpio brings out a TOTALLY different feeling. But, having Neptune in Sco in my seventh may explain that!)

I would add a blushy face for emphasis, if I flippin knew how!!!

I could see how Taurus men would be perceived the same way - they're almost always thinking 2-3 steps ahead and can be very calculating. I don't have problems with them though...I like them (admittedly, it's from a distance even though I've got Taurus rising and Mars). The women are fine for the most part. I probably sound nuts but I am not a big lover of earth signs. I am one myself obviously but I just sometimes feel my Aries moon goes, AAAGHHHH!!!!!! KEEP AWAY

The one NN contact I like is Venus/NN - or Venus/MC. Both of these feel the same for me and maybe it's because my MC and NN are both in Capricorn. But the way I've felt it, Venus works waaay differently than the sun on an angle or the NN.
Maybe with a Taurus rising and Libra stellium...I have a heavy dose of Venus activity in my chart, so I like Venus stuff in any form.

I love this thread cuz I am just getting in to NN/SN.
It is fascinating,particularly in terms of where a person need to go in their own life.
It is like a beacon .

Dyn--When YOUR sun was on your friends NN--YOU gave Sun qualities to her.Is that how you see it?
My Venus is on my Sag friends's NN. I feel like I give him my Venus side and he receives that part of me.

mvm and gypsee - i too am not that comfortable with that config. it challenges my very self. not necessarily in a good way. my nn is gem and i never fully trusted that sun on my nn. never felt 100 percent comfortable. maybe it was just that person, however, that is the only one i ever dated with that config. my intuition never felt secure or settled. 3 yr relationship.

however - sn contacts i have no prob with. very very comfortable with that config.

kinda like mvm views saturn - you can't make me by forcing me, back off and i will get there on my own.
