Before anything else, analyse the natals, in regards to a natal comparision (which is not the same as synastry).
Then synastry, maybe composite. Experiment with the Davison.
Personally I find it to reveal a deeper truth than the composite, but most often it is a truth people do not want to hear.
I have also seen it read as "the deeper purpose or reason of a relationship".

Next I would do the progressions and progressed synastry, add to that the transits that trigger important points in the natals, synastry and progressed charts.

Let`s say you have Venus on 10 Capricorn, your love has Uranus on 10 Capricorn, your pr Sun is on 11 Capricorn, her pr ASC is on 9 Capricorn - you can bet that the Transit of Pluto over 10 Capricorn will make something "happen".

Could also be a clue to what potential synastry aspects are triggered, awaken and brought to manifestation.

After that I would definitely do the Draconics, to see past life interactions as well as a certain "purpose" of the connection (relates to SN AND NN after all).

I am currently experimenting with the Secondary chart, which seems to be significant, if we can come to that conclusion by identifying certain patterns.
To what it represents, I am not totally sure, though presently I think it might have to do with the "pure / true Self" or "Spirit"; which that I mean that it might represent YOU, if you are really being yourself, stripped off of all ordinary neccessities. What would you do, how would you be, if you could be really "yourself" without having to take into account what others think or want or need of you?

The secondary chart relates strongly to Sun and ASC, that is why I think next to the tropical chart it could also answer the question: Who are you?
The draconic chart has of course lunar symbolism (as the nodal axis has, too), and therefore might emphasis the emotional, "soul-family" connections and even karmic ties you have to a certain someone.

For the other charts:
they can be interesting, too I guess.
Like the persona charts shedding light on certain areas of your life, and the harmonics as well. But using them is like using a magnifying glass. this can be very insightful and even necessary sometimes, but ONLY after we have taken in the whole picture in a broader sense.
