As per Equal House System,
There is plenty of scope for joy even though the initial reaction is of a purely fated relationship. Pure Saturn based relationships are a long term bind of sheer frustration, stemming from karmic debts. Your chart ruler is Saturn and when the chart ruler conjuncts another's Sun, it is like issuing a hidden karmic order to interact.
Sun-Saturn have an exact double whammy as his Saturn in Cancer exactly sextiles your Sun. This is absolutely a positive. Next, his chart ruler is [as per Mathematical Astrology] Mars and his Mars is in your 5th, meaning you can derive luck and jot from him, perhaps even a child. Hi T,In LindaLand, the highest probability for Arcturan roots so far has been Quinnie. A major clue is the Arcturan Connection to Ancient Greece/Roman metaphysics and architecture, perhaps to Sacred Geometry. I just read that Plato secretly followed the Occult Order of Pythagoras, whose core secrets were mathematics of Pi, Phi and Sacred Geometry. Yet another clue is that Arcturans are the Interstellar Race most interested in the protection of planet Earth and Ascension of Humanity as a whole by non violently shielding Earth from Draco Invaders. They wont attack though. Now we have the basic mental state clues of how an Arcturan Star Seed is.
In your chart, you dont have any direct connection to Spica-Arcturus. However your Sun conj ALGOL is close to Pleaides and your Sidereal Venus is exactly conjunct Tropical ALcyone, the main star of Pleaides. I suddenly recalled that you are a fan of Paramahansa Yogananda, whose guru Yukteswara could have moved on to an Astral World [Hranyaloka]. These two towering personalities have a very high probability of being Pleiadian. I checked Swami Yukteswara's chart. He is also a Taurus Sun with Venus in 23.3 Gemini, very much like you 
His Pluto conjuncts your Mercury in Taurus exact as well. There is no Arcturus connection in his chart either.
Swami Yogananda is a Capricorn Sun [Hs Sun conj your AURA and Ascendant], with no link to Arcturus but a strong link to Aldebaran and a weak link to Pleiades. So based on your chart and the spiralling/inspiration to check the charts of Swami Yoganada and Yuketswara, I would say that you have a very high probability of being a Pleidian Star Seed than Arcturan. ------------------
