I just called it off and I'm sticking to my guns unless some really huge change occurs. Astrology aside, I am not optimistic at all and would rather just have the damn Leo leave me alone to go about my business already.

I think the horary reflects this. What do you think?

A little background, I am in another country. We dated briefly at the end of last year, he's asked me to move to his city and live with him upon my return (or earlier, if I would, but I wouldn't without more from him).

He makes absolutely no effort to keep up regular contact and I'm sick of it and told him so. He says he works all the time, and I know he does, but in several months, you can make the effort for a couple of long distance phone calls, etc, etc.

I'm done.

I'm reading this as me being Mars and him being either Venus or the Sun. I think the the square between the Sun and Moon which is almost exact, but separating by one minute reflects the severance I just made. If his significator is the Sun, then Mercury being conjunct may mean that he's involved with someone else, yes?

Am I getting too far ahead of myself here?

I think that the Moon will make a trine with Venus before it leaves Aries which may mean something positive? Yes? No?

Also, the ASC is at 19 Aries and my natal Pluto is at 19 of Libra, which means this matter is of major significance to me, or in my life, am I right? The Sun is opposed my natal Moon at 10 Cap right now and the transiting Moon is square (oh joy! this time of year always SUCKS for me).

Interstingly, both Venus and Mars in this chart are coming into a conjunction with Venus and Mars in his chart -- natally, he has Venus at 24 Leo and Mars at 17 Leo. Does that mean anything?

Transit interpretations from Signs Align... how accurate is this?

Sun is Square your Pluto applying with an orb of 06 degrees 11 minutes.
Clean it up. Psychological tension and stress are generated from unresolved situations. Uncomfortable relations with others feature sexual issues, territorial and power struggles, and secrecy. Do some research and share power with others. Accept changes and be discreet, as situations may be charged.

Moon is Opposite your Pluto applying with an orb of 00 degrees 05 minutes.
You may have some strong, even compulsive, reactions to others now. Sexual tensions, territorial displays, and emotional manipulations are themes. Let go of what you no longer need.

Mercury is Opposite your Mercury applying with an orb of 05 degrees 48 minutes.
Minor problems may arise that require some effort and coordination with others. Communications may need going over twice, paperwork gets attention, and your nervous system may feel somewhat stressed. Look at things objectively.

OK, OK... so I've been googling and hanging out on books.google.com trying to get more of a handle on this horary stuff and these are my conclusions, if anyone would be kind enough to let me know if they are accurate:

-- the chart is valid.
-- the outcome will be slow to process, since the moon is in a cadent house.
-- I ran the chart again to find out where the Parts of fortune were and its at 19 Cancer conjunct Mercury & the Sun (more loosely).
-- I think the separating aspect (by one minute!) between the Sun/Moon square reflects that I just called it quits. I had literally done it about 3 hours before i cast the chart. So it reflects the conflict that just occurred.
-- I think that the Moon having been most recently conjunct with Jupiter reflects how optimistic I was in the last few weeks and how i felt we were really making progress.
-- I am counting Venus as his significator, since it rules the 5th house and since the Moon will form a trine with Venus before it leaves Aries is a sign that there will be a positive outcome.
-- I know the Leo feels lonely and a little disillusioned with the city he's living in now and with having no friends and I think Neptune opposing Venus in the horary reflects that.
-- Since the DC is conjunct my natal Pluto within 1 degree, and that means this questions is very important to me... do you think the fact that Venus and Mars are in the same position as in his chart (well, Venus is... mars is a few orbs off)... do you think it would be fair to say this is important to him, too?

It doesn't feel important to him. This is why I called it off. but I wonder if the chart is telling me its important to him?

Sorry to be tedious, I actually am honestly trying to learn how to read horary charts with at least a basic proficiency -- sorry if my questions seem all ME ME ME and not give anything back. I do try to help where i can. Really.
