I've been worried about posting my chart and asking this question since the few times I have done it over the years the only thing people will say, "you'll never get married or be in a long term relationship again." Seriously... what's in my chart to make someone say that? There has to be at least one person out there right for me...

The last time I have been in a committed relationship was back in 2003... I'm finally ready for a committed relationship. Is there anything in my Prog or SA showing that I have a possibility for a relationship coming up?

I know there is a couple triggers coming up but do they point to a relationship?

What I saw...

Prog Venus (ruler of 5th) Trine Prog Jupiter (ruler of 7th) and conj Natal Merc (ruler of 1st and 4th)

Prog Venus square Natal MC, conj Venus/Mars Midpoint, and square Sun/Moon Midpoint.

SA Venus square Natal Saturn (ruler of 8th)

I know transit Saturn will be entering my 5th house sometime this year.

Also, I know my Prog Sun will be exactly Trine to my NN within the next yr, but I don't know if that counts as a relationship aspect...

I thought Earth makes people stable? I'm just a beginner, so I'm just curious. I really don't relate to my Moon- I hope someday to tap into it since it seems like a pretty good place for a moon to be.

I have been standing firm, that's why I'm 31 and single. lol. Just getting tired of tired of traveling the world alone (don't get me wrong you met some amazing people that way!), tired of men that are scared of my ambition- I have my own business and tired of being the "strong" one in the relationship- I want it to be more equal. Plus, I'm just getting tired of being in relationships that last like a month or so. Affairs are just getting to be pointless to me. There has to be someone that can keep me intrigued mentally, emotionally, spiritually and physically... plus, it seems like the men I attract have integrity issues but it can be from them trying to empress me.

That Venus got me in a lot of trouble when I was in my 20's. And that's all I'm saying about that. LOL. It definitely helps with my career! ROFL

I remember seeing that too but my concern with that aspect is that by that time it will be the only one that is being triggered in the "love dept"... I thought for a situation to occur there needs to be a theme playing in the chart of like, at the very least, of 3-4 aspects? Maybe SA's are different in that aspect?

I'm guessing with the Venus (5th Ruler) square jupiter (7th ruler)... is that I act different in my romantic relationships compared to my committed relationships. I know that when I do fall for someone I do shower them with gifts- even like artistic projects I have made or just even making dinner.

Saturn sextile Venus- I'm guessing it allows relationships to not be an extreme importance, as in, I'm fine being single or fine being in a relationship. But, I have read that people with this position (trine, conj or sextile) do better in committed relationships than flings.

Venus Trine MC- my life evolves around the creative arts. I have my own business. I have degrees in Music, Architecture, Graphic Design and soon Photography. This is how people know me. Plus, I know if I do get in a relationship I need that person to support my career and be involved with the arts some way.

I'm not sure about Chiron and Juno... I don't know enough about those 2.

The little I know about Juno is it what you "get" as a partner compared to what I want.

When I was younger I needed my relationships to be mysterious, filled with mind games and I had to be in control of it (guessing Venus in Scorp) but that is starting to completely change as I get older. I'm starting to want people who can take a stand for themselves, can speak their mind so the relationship keeps growing. Someone that is just a little different, plus I want someone to travel with (where to before that was my time alone to get away...)

I am sorry you feel lonely and unhappy. I'm also wondering if I'm ever going to find a partner and sometimes it feels like a losing battle. But you need to have faith, above all. You have a few good indicators there, but before you look at house rulerships I have a question for you.
I was wondering if you are sure about your birth time. Your late Asc caught my eye, because a few minutes off would make you a Cancer Ascendant. Were you born at 9 months? I used the trutine of Hermes and took the liberty to rectify your chart (assuming you were born at 9 months) and it seems you might be Cancer Asc (0 deg 40) and your birth time might be 17:56:52.

In this case Saturn rules your 7th house, not Jupiter, and it changes the interpretation a bit. Saturn's transit to your 5th house might be a good time for romance, especially when it will conjunct your Venus, which remains ruler of your 5th.
If you are Cancer rising, your chart ruler becomes the Moon, which I would interpret in the 12th house because of its proximity to the cusp and because it's the fastest moving object. Having your chart ruler in the 12th might indicate a lonely life (though Moon in the 12th alone could do that).
How do you feel about this possibility?

Yep my time is right. I was 2 1/2 months early and 3 people recorded my birth time. I wish I had a dollar everytime someone asked if my birth time was wrong. LOL. I'm definitely a Gemini Rising.

NOt only it is completely unhelpful, in most cases it is plainly wrong.

As I see it you are a strong woman. So you need a strong man. You will not compromise, and that is probably the reason it takes so long to wait (even though you are technically not waiting, but living your life).

I believe that if you are ready for it, love will come into your life (in form of a romantic relationship; I am sure you already experience love in your life).
Probably it will be if you expect it the least.

But you can`t force it.
And you won´t know when exactly it will be. Not even with the help of astrology (astrology might be able to help you tell you when or how love will enter your life, but it probably won`t tell you if it is in the form of a man, a beloved pet, a creative pursuit etc.).

Just think of it. I am having pr ASC on my Venus, yet I am not in a relationship, and love has not come to me.
Okay, well, some people would say that I actually have fallen in love - a little bit. Or let`s say developed a certain sympathy.
But that is how far it goes.

Yet it made me being more social and outgoing, something pr ASC on my Venus probably embodies pretty perfectly, too.

Anyway speaking of you I am sure you will have a relationship again.
But I really have no idea when that might be.
Probably by being true to yourself and expressing yourself you will draw the man near who is right for you.

Have you ever looked into your Venus-Return?
I think if Solar Returns work, Venus-Return probably will do so, too.

In this chart here I actually see some big transformations in communicative skills, thoughtpatterns and maybe even going abroad.
Uranus is on your Sun, which rules your 3rd house of communication.

Sa Pluto on your Uranus, which rules your 9th house of education, strangers, philosophy etc.

pr Venus on your Mercury, good for graceful communication, but Mercury also rules your 1st house - so maybe Venus brings some beautiful moments into your life? Maybe some of your tastes and style will be changing a bit?
Venus natally rules your 5th house, so that could indeed bring a new creation to you, be it some creative enterprise, a new hobby or even some romantic vibes.

I'm definitely a strong woman and I need someone to match my energy, passion and to have an equal partnership. Everybody tells me I'm taking to long to pick out a partner (I have been purposed to 6 times) but I can't just settle for something I know that won't be a right fit for me or for them. I don't want to hold them back from finding the love of their life when I know it's not me!

I can see how the ASC/Venus would make you more social (I have a couple friends with this right now and none of them are in a relationship but they are enjoying socializing with friends) I definitely think there needs to be more (3-4 aspects) for love to show up.

I haven't looked at my Venus return. I'll have to do that today! I don't know how I feel about Solar returns either. For 2009 I had a packed 5th house and it was the biggest emotional rollarcoaster I have ever been on... one of my worst romantic years ever.

I agree with my communication skills going thru major transformation. Back in 2008 I started taking classes to transform my communication and I'm starting to see it take action in my life... especially with taking a stand for myself. The last guy I was involved with (beginning of this year- the friend I knew for 12 yrs and just kept disappearing and making promises once our relationship turned romantic) I took a stand for myself... letting him know that if anything was going to work I needed a man with integrity in his word, not withhold communication, communicate even in the face of no agreement, take responsibility for his actions and not leave me in a place of confusion. He completely stopped talking to me after I made my stand (and walked away from what was a great 12 yr friendship)... which is just sad. I wonder if he is ever going to try to patch up our friendship... but I know, nevertheless, I did what I needed to do with the situation.

You said something about going abroad... isn't that aspect passed? I thought Solar ARC the orb was really small, unless you aren't talking about SA. I did just move back home a couple months ago. I was in Colorado (in Ohio now) I would love to go aboard again... to Europe or Australia!

About the 5th house thing- hopefully it's the romantic. I don't think I could push more creativity into my life. I'm a free lance artist- that's all I do. LOL

Here is my Venus return... it's on the outside, my natal is on the inside.

I like some of the natal to VR aspects but the Venus return chart looks kind of rough... especially with the Mars/venus sqaure (with them being my VR 5th and 7th rulers...lol) But I do like passion that might come from that aspect. LOL

Kind of freaky with the exact Moon to Moon opposition/ conj DSC to Moon...

that Venus/Mars square in the VR definitely completely explains the intensity of the relationship with that guy I was talking about above. (him and I synastry have Pluto opp Venus- exact and Mars square Venus exact)
