Anyone have this ? What was it like?

The last time I had my progressed moon go into Virgo and then conjunct my sun I was like 12 or 13 and my life had gone upside-down with moving away from the continents where I was born and raised, my mother had gotten married a year earlier, got preggers, and gave birth to my sister.
I had begun to make myself over into a new person to adapt my environment and the situation. HUGE TIME. Probably the biggest transition.

Now my progressed moon is in Virgo (not conjunct for some time) and I kind of hate it so far because i feel all finicky and nit-picky. Makes me wonder tho what's going to happen once it conjuncts my 5th house sun. I already have a move in the works and some major stuff on my mind.

So what was it like for you when your progressed moon conj your natal sun?
Anything remotely interesting?

I don't know how to figure stuff like this out, so I can't compare notes with you but... I hope everything works out.
I've been thinking of you lately.

I assume that if your moon is conj your sun, then you will feel more like your sun sign, yes? Well, maybe that's a good thing, moving involves detail and takes alot of organizational skills.

When the P.Moon conjuncts the N.Sun all aspects and/or configurations to your Natal Sun will be activated.
In the 5th house,

but...i have no aspects to my natal sun, lalalinda ...it's peregrine, a lone ranger, a wild squirrel set loose in a room (to quote GeoCosmic)

Gypsee...It's not like I'm doing it by myself (like I have the patience? LOL). Astro.com has a progressions chart you can pull up to see this stuff...worth a look!

Been thinking of you too !!

Interesting, Belgz
I wonder if the progressed moon works anything like the solar arc...it feels like it should be significant, and was for me when I was 12. Let's see how it plays out when you're 36-37

The Pr.Moon was on my 2nd house Capricorn Sun in Sept 1998. IIRC that was the beginning of a 6 month period where I ****** away opportunities & wasted time. I was a 2nd year student who didn't study, was man crazy & smoked too much. I was a total mess.
Oh and it was the only time when I ever had the flu.

the meaning of this aspect as I have read it on cafeastrology is that you are going to have more psychological power. It also depend on the house n. sun is.
I had this aspect when I was 7-8 years old, this was also the time pr. Sun changed signs and tr. Saturn hit n. IC. My parents got divorced which was a huge pain for me, I don't believe I overcome this hurt even I am 33 years old.
I am going to have this aspect in the beginning of 2011 and probably this would be the time when I myself would get a divorce.
My natal sun is in my 8th house

Sun is clarity & enlightenment.Moon is one's emotional state.

When the two are conjunct, there is clarity (Sun) over one's own emotional state (Moon). In other words, one is able to view themselves in a clear/ unambiguous light.

From the perspective of "Law of Attraction", this Sun/Moon conjunction blend can be "cause"(Moon) and "effect" (Sun). The two are inextricably combined.

But if there is a disparity/distance or unacknowledgement of the two being connected, one can go through life sincerely believing that things are happening "to" them. Not "because" of them.

So the conjunction between the two merges emotions (Moon) with creativity (Sun). In other words, how we feel(Moon) determines what we attract in life(Sun).

This is the bases of the law of attraction. That we are creators (Sun) or our own experienced reality (Moon).

The principle mentioned above, is never really clearly understood by the native. Atleast not in the visceral sense of experience than when the Sun/Moon are combined through a conjunction/parallel aspect.

With this aspect, one can go from "what is happening to me?" to "Oh ok. I see what's happening to me". And this "fullness" of self and accountability taken for one's life and what happens therein, is a sign of maturity and opportunity to metaphorically become one's own "best friend".

Whilst with the opposition, we are looking for evaluation and understanding
because of being so distant to ourselves i.e. "what do you think of me?" Often seeking external expertise via therapy and other related channels to understand what is happening with us or clarify our own image of ourselves to ourselves.

With the conjunction, it's like the therapist is you. So clarity via external opinion or response is not necessary. People don't tell you who you are. You tell them. So yes, confidence increases . And so does the willingness to let people into your inner world i.e. home, bedroom, inner thoughts etc.

Here is an opportunity to do what one has always wanted to do. To get their "ducks in a row" and be more transparent with everyone around them about not ONLY how they feel(Moon) but who they are(Sun). Why?

Because they have a higher degree of self (Sun) acceptance (Moon) which is also self (Sun) confidence (Moon).

Where this conjunction takes place (by house) and rulership , will be where they'll be a "sit down " , "heart to heart" talk about what is happening. And what the path is from here onwards.

If for instance it's in the 4th house, this "heart to heart" could involve coming clean with family members.

If in the 7th, it could be the partner or close friends.

If the 2nd house, it could be getting one's finances in order.

If in the 10th house, it could be sorting out one's career/ life objectives etc.
