Anyway, I am glad it`s nothing serious (I donīt even know what gout is), even though an infection still doesn`t sound too great.

sorry to hear you have so much pain. But yes, us Saggies tend to "abuse" our body, thinking it will always work out fine, no matter what we do.

But the good thing is, I think, most Saggies really have a very robust body, which recovers from almost anything, given the right treatment of course.
