"Oh, did anybody see that Juno is also conj to the Eclipse? I don't know what to think about that... "Yep I already pointed that out. post July 10, 2010...2:33 AM in this thread I also pointed out the Eclipse will also be conjunct the transneptunian dwarf planet candidate,Varuna. In another thread on the Eclipse, I said that it will be conjunct the Geocentric North Pluto Node, oppose Geocentric South Pluto Node, and square transneptunian dwarf planet Eris. A highly evolutionary intensified time. ------------------ Raymond Andrews, President,Executive Director of Developmental Neurodiversity Association Supporting the Neurodiversity Movement A Different Mind Is Not A Deficient Mind. http://www.facebook.com/#!/group.php?gid=131944976821905&ref=ts IP: Logged |

"BTW is it normal that "old skellettons" surface? (except in this case very pleasant skellettons)"I think so with the connections to the Geocentric Pluto Nodes, and maybe conjunction to Varuna. I really don't like the eclipse squaring Eris which can be a time of discord and controversy. ------------------ Raymond Andrews, President,Executive Director of Developmental Neurodiversity Association Supporting the Neurodiversity Movement A Different Mind Is Not A Deficient Mind. http://www.facebook.com/#!/group.php?gid=131944976821905&ref=ts IP: Logged |

Just a Virgo RisingMy approach to Astrology is not just about details It's about digging deep and looking at things from different angles, alternative perspectives which I feel is reflected by the very strong transneptunian energy in my chart which I feel is in synchroncity with my neurodivergence (Dyslexia,Dyspraxia,ADHD). My Mercury biquintile Eris with 6 minutes of arc alone could indicate my thought processes are creative, divergent, and into alternative viewpoints which can be viewed as controversial by others that don't agree. It can also indicate my neurodiversity advocacy which is highly controversial. My Virgo Ascendant is modified by a 2'10 orb conjunction to transneptunian dwarf planet, Haumea. That suggests nonconformist, otherworldly, evolutionary intensified persona other than my Virgo Ascendant shows. Haumea squares my Midheaven with 3 minutes of arc, and so it strongly figures into my aim in life, career.

DD, I read that this one belongs to Saros Series 146. The last time this one came though was in June 1992 and 1974. Apparently it will have a similar "flavor". I am trying to remember if anything significant happened to me or my family during those years.IP: Logged |

racole - as an insomniac as well, if you'd like to fall asleep, you can do one of a few things - some are bad, some are hard to do, but they get the job done.4. Do some breathing exercises. Get into Lotus position and breathe deeply for 15 minutes. Listen to your breathing. Try to just concentrate on breathing and nothing else. If a thought comes in to interrupt, acknowledge it and carry on listening to your breathing. Do this and it will calm you down because at 35 hrs, you should be in the hyper stage where you're feeling almost high and energetic. There shouldn't be any hallucinations until day 3, but you should be out of sync a bit and your pulse should be a bit high by now. 5. Get away from the computer or tv (nothing that stimulates or entertains is good) and take a book and read instead because it is a slower and lower form of stimuli, which can get you sleepy. 3. Option 2 (not a good option but one I have used many times when nothing else works) medicate yourself with a tranquilizer, an anti-histamine or some sort of flu medication that will make you sleepy, if you don't have sleeping pills (over the counter/prescribed). This is not a good idea at all as it can cause dependence and I only go here when I am desperate and on day 3/4 or so of no sleep. Make sure of the following: 2. You are fed with carbohydrates. (It is fattening but it makes you sleepy). If you can make yourself some hot oatmeal and milk with a bit of sugar. That would be great. Or, just any carb like bread, pasta or rice. You can make two slices of toast, butter them and drizzle syrup on them. Then wash it down with a glass of milk (lots of carbs there to make you sleepy by releasing Melatonin) 1. Take a hot bath. Very important!! Soak in there for 15 minutes. ____ I have numbered them in the order you should do these things in order to gradually fall asleep. Trust me, these things work. It is important that you sleep. Lack of sleep is very dangerous. It lowers your immune system and makes you age faster. So, try not to keep yourself up. If it is not chronic, then you can afford to stay up this long, but if it is a long term problem, then you can't afford to stay up any longer than you have already.
Good Luck. IP: Logged |

In 1992, I had just moved. Hmmm... I had moved to a better place. it was the beginning and needed change in my family and life. I went to a different school... hmmm... interesting VIG. I am going to meditate on this...Today I slept in. I woke up in the afternoon. I had weird dreams of poisoning someone with rat poison by mistake. Weird. As usual, I was flying in my dreams. I seldom walk in dreams these days. Then, when I was up, I was dancing all over the house as I cooked. I have been chirpy and a little restless and still highly energized. P.S oh, one more thing racole: Don't even think about alcohol and/or coffee. Even tea is no good unless it's herbal tea. If you smoke, that will make sleeping more difficult, but there's no short term thing you can do about that, because when the craving calls, it calls. IP: Logged |

Thank you, Glaucus, that makes sense about the Pluto Nodes. Maybe the fact figures in, that I have Pluto ruling my 12th (and 11th) house. VIG,
lol 1974 is my birthyear. 1992 was the year of my "nervous / spiritual breakdown". Yes it makes sense, circle-wise.

Unmoved~Thanks for all your info but I've surrendered to the fact it's just going to be like this for now. This isn't normal for me... so it will past. I did everything I knew to help me get "sleepy" (reading/food and shower stuff) late last night but nothing worked. I'm not stressed out- actually I'm really relaxed and calm... just have a lot of energy right now- just no where close sleeping. So, I'm painting. lol. Also, I stay away from all meds and coffee/caffeine stuff... I'm highly sensitive/allergic to all that stuff. LOL Just going to let things be LOL Thanks for caring *hugs* IP: Logged |

Oh guys, I've been lurking around here since forever, with the odd reply here and there, but I know most of you. It feels kind of odd getting confort from knowing that you're going through the motions aswell (I'm sorry, as I said, you feel like family). I'm having the roughest time of my life right now, my Saturn return is in September, and sometimes it feels as if I won't make it until then, although I know that not the case. I lost my job one month ago, fell in love, hard, then go cheated on... ugh, it's a long story. It just feels good that you're here!Raucole, try youtube-ing "sleep hypnosis". I also have trouble sleeping, and there is a video that used to help, but I can't find it anymore. I'll look some more when I get home. I don't have any more advices, since I simply gave up, and I'm using sleeping pills every other night. Keep the faith, right? IP: Logged |

maira and {{{{{{hugs}}}}}}. Bad times do pass. But while you're swimming in it, it seems like it will last forever. Girl, take the sleeping pill. No one will judge you for it. As long as you do what you can with what you've got. I'm sorry that things are tough. I can definitely relate. Being hurt, having an unsteady or no source of income is something that most of us have been through. Just take it one day at a time. Deux - IP: Logged |

"1992 was the year of my "nervous / spiritual breakdown"."1992 was a highly significant year when it came to Astronomy Another centaur besides Chiron was found, and that was Pholus. That led to finding dozens of centaurs. Another transneptunian object besides Pluto was found, and that was 1992 QB1. That led to finding over a thousand transneptunian objects. 1992 was the year that I reported to my first duty station after Radioman A School which I attended to train for my job. It was the USS Abraham Lincoln, an nuclear propulsion aircraft carrier aka Nimitz Class air crafit carrier. USS Nimitz was the first nuclear propulsion aircraft carrier in the US Navy.

In the bookstore tonight, I had ideas for a couple of small projects (just to try, I doubt they would make me much money, but I felt inspired, which is a good thing). I also picked up a book, written by the women who started The Daily Coyote Blog. I read the first chapter, and she made me wish that I could just take off to a brand new place. I was housebound for several years, and I've been basically stuck since - loving where I live, for various reasons, but also wanting to be out in the world. I somehow want to change things up enough to make things interesting, and move myself forward, but not *too* much (and, really, that just isn't possible). I'd been in a nice mood, for a change, but it's sinking again. I need ideas... The New Moon eclipse is in my 9th house. *edit. Hi maira! <3 I used to lurk a lot, posting here and there. At some point, it got a little too easy for me to just sit here and post any old thing. I'm glad you posted ~ I understand taking comfort in the fact that you aren't the only one dealing with certain things. racole, I hope you manage to get some sleep (or that you're sleeping right now). Teasel~That's how I felt- just completely inspired to work on new projects! Also, it seems like the last couple years we have been going thru a lot of the same motions. I wasn't completely house bound but I lived in Denver for two years and it was like pulling teeth just to go to the grocery store. I did a lot of site seeing, alone, when I was out there just b/c of the fact I didn't know how long I was going to live out there. It's one of the main reasons why I moved back home to Cincinnati- to work on getting me out of this weird funk! What kind of ideas you looking for? Projects, places to visit, socializing... like last week I just signed up for a photography class so I could meet people my age. I socialize better when I'm a "comfort zone" like school/work... PS- I did finally get some sleep! I was out by 9pm EST and just woke up about 5am. LOL. But, I'm still in the mood to paint/keep working on projects!
Sending peaceful/calm energy to anybody wants some!

Glaucus,I think my "break down" was linked to the discovery of Pholus somehow. Actually the trigger to that breakdown were two people. And with one of them I have very strong Pholus-synastry (I didn`t check the synastry with the other guy), including my Moon falling onto his Pholus and SN within about one degree. my Pholus conjuncts his Chiron pretty closely and opposes his Pluto. Since my Pholus is conjunct Ceres (and Jupiter and Ishtar and Horus) in my chart, it might have played a role in triggering the "myth" of Pluto-Ceres. Funnily enough this guy`s Persephone is opposing my Pluto and his Proserpina trines my Pluto. His Pluto is too far away from being conjunct my Persephone (5 degrees), but probably there still was this theme triggered, especially if I consider that his Ceres is trine my Pluto, too. lol And his Ceres squaring my Pholus. Interestingly at the same spot where his Pholus /SN and my Moon fall we also share a conjunction of Adonis and Inannen in the Draconic chart. Another theme of "going into the underworld", which is exactly how it felt for me back then. I am listing the degrees, so you don`t get confused with the way I described it up there. I feel it is a bit longwinded. lol
his Chiron on 8°52 Pisces his Pluto on 7°57 Virgo his Ceres on 5 Gemini my Pholus on 6°46 Pisces my Ishtar on 8°21 Pisces my Horus on 8°01 Pisces my Ceres on 9°38 Pisces my Lilith on 6°38 Virgo my Hekate on 8°01 Virgo his Pholus on 16°10 Aquarius his SN on 16°01 Aquarius my Moon on 17°06 Aquarius my Draco Adonis on 17°03 Aquarius his Draco Inannen on 16°39 Aquarius his Persephone on 9°44 Aries his Eris on 10°11 Aries his Proserpina on 8°09 Aquarius his Saturn on 9°48 aquarius my Pluto on 9°05 Libra

wooooW this is tough. my BF's going through a very difficult time of his life right now and our relationship is stalling at the moment. he feels guilty, and i want to stick by his side. last night i had a gig with my band and the very handsome and friendly owner of the club was being really sweet to me, he was developing a crush on me. he isn't my type but he's really nice. i'm still kind of thinking of him, if i were officially single i would've gone home with him. BUT i'm not at all interested in abandoning my BF when his life is a disaster. that was some test! considering the eclipse is conjunct my BF's NN in the Cancer-ruled 7th house, and in my 8th house widely conjunct to my Vertex (5 deg.), it freaks me out a bit! "I think my "break down" was linked to the discovery of Pholus somehow."That's exactly what I thought too. That's like how my finding myself as a neurodivergent and neurodiversity advocate is linked to the discovery of the transneptunian dwarf planets and transneptunian dwarf planet candidates including especially the discovery of Eris which knocked Pluto out of planetary status. Finding out my strong Sun-Earth-Eris Node alignment really helped me understand the path that I am supposed to be on. It helped me realize the highly controversial public figure that I was meant to be whether I like it or not. It's all about diversity and equality. ------------------ Raymond Andrews, President,Executive Director of Developmental Neurodiversity Association Supporting the Neurodiversity Movement
