Well we don't know if he is a Taurus.

But if he is - you're in luck.. because there is nothing easier than getting a Taurean's attention.

All you need is:

- good fashion sense

- bright smile

- feminine body language

- patience (because the bull moves slowly)

- ability to cook well

- buy him something to show you care
(this will pay off as he will buy you something much more expensive in return)

Basically the Taurus man is traditional - He is a meat and potatoes boy.. and he likes traditional (but classy) women.

I wouldn't do anything!
He knows you fancy him, he's playing
With you like putty in his hand and he sounds Gemini not Taurus lol

Question: why are you making the moves here or
Thinking about it?
He's a man - let him ask you out if he wants to but don't be upset if he is happily married!!

He obviously cares. There's a nice flirty thing going. I think saying "contact me when you're in Toronto etc." would be a natural reaction for him (unless he is taken, as Lara mentioned).

To me - He sounds like a Taurus with Aries in his chart. The comments he made are classic "Aries" ("so Ive been told").

quote:
I know Taurus don't care for change, that's why I think its crucial to let him know about my plans when I see him next. To get him to mull over the idea in his head and also is this typical Taurus behaviour?

Definitely. They hate sudden changes in my experience.

She hasn't and she isn't. Have I missed something? I don't see how she is putty in his hands either.

quote:
I wouldn't do anything!

She is informing him of her future plans. I think that's common courtesy, since they do have a connection. (as opposed to disappearing off the face of the planet and saying nothing)

quote:
He knows you fancy him, he's playing

They're both flirting. No one knows anything.
He knows as much as she knows.. that they like flirting with each other.

quote:
let him ask you out if he wants

Lara - this is not to be snotty - but - as far as I can see that's what she is already doing. I don't understand your reply.

hmmm I think I know what happened.

In the first post she says "approach him" -- so maybe you didn't read the longer one. She hasn't made a move.

Make sure you smell good when you're around him, especially if you get physically close enough for him to get a good whiff.

Seriously! I'm a Taurus Moon and smell is incredibly important to me. Anyone with a lick of Taurus in them will be very sensual. A person that I'm already attracted to will become tantalizing if they can lure me in with the right perfume/cologne.

ETA: I agree that he might not be a Taurus Sun, he could be a Gemini. I have a male coworker born on the cusp of Taurus/Gemini and he's incredibly flirty. I know he's happy in his relationship but that doesn't stop him from trying out his wiles, I don't think they can help it. Flirting allows for the perfect combination of mental and physical stimulation + observation (to see how its affecting you) & that's pretty irrestible to a Gem

With all due respect this man is only asking how she is... he's not asking ANYTHING else.

This is a game only - he either has a girlfriend/wife or he's just not interested in anything more than mere business relationship 'flirting'.

I don't agree that his behaviour is arian.

I stick by my "do nothing" as there is nothing there but a bit of flirting!

Since he's your client, next time you see him and you tell him you're moving, etc. perhaps ask him if he wants to grab a bite to eat? It would be preferable if he asked you could he take you lunch, but if you ask him, his reaction will be very telling. It will tell you whether he's interested or not, and if he's interested, the conversation over lunch could open up some doors to other info, like if he is taken. You are bound to discuss some personal things other than business if you eat together.

If he's taken, no harm done. It was just a friendly goodbye lunch between you and one of your favorite clients.

Agreed and Taureans don't flirt at all!
They are serious loyal beasts who wouldn't dream of flirting to get their woman. They prefer to wait it out and see whether you stick around! Flirting is mental and taurus is very very physical.

Yep, and the flirting and other mental shennanigans is what makes me suspect Gemini.

I know two Taurean men who flirt. They both have Mercury in Aries.. one is my Dad and the other is one that I'm no longer speaking to.

Dad wouldn't do anything, but he jokes around with girls and women of all ages, behind the counters in stores, over the phone - nothing but smiles, and something to make them laugh, especially if they look bored/tired/miserable. He used to work in retail, and was good to the ladies who worked in his store - that's where that comes from, anyhow.

The other one will respectfully comment on things that he likes about you, when he's getting to know you - he'll point out that you're cool, smart, commented on my handwriting, called it beautiful. On the other hand, I've seen him be overt with it, when we were on the outs, and he felt like being a horndog. Ugh.

You know, it's totally possible that he could be a Taurus with Mercury or Venus in Gemini. Which is why DOB is important...

My roommate for instance is a Taurus with Mercury in Gemini and he's a huge flirt.

He's way too smooooooooth to be taurus. Taurus is clumsy and ugg with their flirting lol

Geminis are smooth sophisticated talkers and walkers - exactly the type to "ring 10-15 mins before an appointment" to 'impress' you.

Taureans can't be bothered with that type of mental game. Gemini loves to keep you guessing and wondering...

my 2 cents

This is very pointless without even his star sign!!

Maybe you should get facts so we can be more of a help. How do you just assume someones star sign?

Maybe you can ask how old he is and then ask what month his birthday is???

LOL Belgz. But you're right, this is all speculation.

Getting DOB is easy, you already know the month, can't believe you just didn't come out and ask what day, and now your opportunity has passed a bit because it's not like it's coming up anytime soon.

Being the manipulative astro-gathering person I am, I'd wait until you two were having a good laugh about something and giggle and say "You're so funny, you must be a Gemini like me, maybe that's why we get along so well." And he'll either say yes or no. Either way you're golden, if he says yes you can grin and say 2 Geminis are a heap of trouble and ask what day or if he says no you can act surprised and say "Well what are you then?" And if he says Taurus just say, "Oh ok, what day then, our birthdays can't be too far apart..."

Time of birth is a different story, that can be difficult to get as many people don't know their birth time or will wonder why you're asking such a random question, but finding out someone's star sign is incredibly easy as it often comes up in conversation.

I really don't understand what is so difficult in asking somebody When Is Your Birthday?
It's not like asking them How Much Money have you got in your bank account.
