Your Pluto is conjunct his combust. That seems big to me. I will check some descriptions and get back. This adds --for me--the feeling that *I* would run--if it were me. Ami

From the little I know-now--I would run. Did you read what I added about your ,perhaps, being attracted to emotionally unavailable men? Is that the case? Are you repeating a childhood pattern of trying to get someone who could NOT see you and be there for you--to be there for you--now--with men? If so, it is very common. Most of us do it. It is a matter of degree as to how much of a problem it is. If some people want to add (or take away) from what I said---please do SO . Ami ------------------ Hermes made me do it. IP: Logged |

I trust the synastry cuz I had a long distance relationship( year and a half) I did not know Astrology then or I would not have had the relationship. When we did meet, the chart played out totally accurately. His Saturn in Virgo was an exact square to my unaspected Venus. My Venus needs warm fuzzies badly and someone's Saturn in Virgo squaring it is NOT a warm fuzzy lol. Also, his Mars/moon conjunction in Virgo squared my Gemini Sun( and Mercury, too, I think) We did have friendship aspects, though. We shared Gemini sun's and had some other nice aspects. For a relationship--I would never have wanted it. He moved to my city before I even met him. He wanted a relationship with me cuz I guess His Virgo liked squaring my Gemini but my Gemini didn't Ami

I didn't see your question before...ummm Idk I've never really thought about it. I do feel like when a man isn't open to me, it becomes a challenge but I wouldn't purposely be with a man that doesn't want/love me back just for fun of it. I will have to think on this one. My dad wasn't there growing up, emotionally or physically so I can see that! IP: Logged |

We never purposely chose people to replay our past. We are attracted to the people who WILL replay our past. We all do this. The harder the past--the harder the relationships, unfortunately. I am NO shining light in relationships lol but knowing about the replays would be the best way to try to deal with them. There is a great book on the subject of replaying the past.I will find it and put it on. I think it is called Reclaiming Your Past by Jean something. I will look some more for the book Ami PS An example of replaying the past is when a person rejects you and you feel the earth has opened up and swallowed you. You feel you will die then and there. You really won't,of course, but it is a replay of the abandonment feelings of the early past. This happened to me just last week lol.

This is Sun conjunct Pluto, Glam When the Sun in your chart forms an aspect to another person's Pluto
No matter what, this relationship has a powerful impact on both of your lives. You find your partner utterly fascinating, intriguing, and even mesmerizing. You are drawn to the Pluto person in a way that can be hard to verbalize. After meeting him or her, you feel like a fish out of water if that person is not around! The fascination is mutual, in fact, although your partner tends to have the "upper hand", so to speak, when it comes to the ultimate fate of the relationship. Why? Because you feel intensely expressive and unique—special, if you will—as a direct result of the Pluto person's attention, and he or she may feel the need to control that expression as the relationship passes the initial stages (which is likely to have been characterized by intense mutual attraction). Your partner can sometimes feel threatened by your displays of independence, ego, pride, and autonomy. He or she has an extraordinary window into your soul, and can easily see both your strengths and vulnerabilities. What your partner does with this privileged perception is the question. He or she can certainly help you grow, but there can be a temptation to subtly undermine your confidence if your partner would rather keep you dependent. Because the nature of your relationship is deep, and because your connection to each other may seem other-worldly and hard to define, there can be downright explosive moments in your relationship. You may feel thrown off-balance now and again, fearing the loss of your partner, while he or she needs to take extra care to avoid trying to control the direction of your life. You draw out each other's dark sides, and there can frequently be battles of will between the two of you. There is a compulsive quality to your partnership that can be unnerving at times, and exhausting as well. Your connection certainly runs deep, and the very nature of your relationship makes it an especially significant one. IP: Logged |

Mercury conjunction Pluto: What does it mean to your relationship when your natal Mercury is in conjunction with your partner’s Pluto? You will be inspired by your romantic partner to explore the mysteries of the universe, to undergo some profound changes in your understanding and in your ways of thinking, and develop a deeper understanding of and compassion for life, spirituality, and humanity. If your partner’s Mercury is conjunct your Pluto, your words and your mental energies could be very influential. The intensity of your relationship and his/her learning experiences with you, will transform the usual ways your partner looks at love and at life.

I guess my point --and someone please correct me if I am wrong ---is that a combust on TOP of the Pluto's seems big to me. I would not want it based on my mother's combust which practically drove me insane lol. You know, GlamGem, what I would do. I would get a professional reading with one of the great practicing Astrologers on here. I would have someone who really knows what they are doing help you. It would be a small investment with a big return, I think. Ami

Yes, GlamGem, I hope you get some other answers on here. What I thought was "bad" was the Combust of Mercury/Sun and THEN Pluto on top of that. That is a lot of energy for the relationship to handle. If you want to have replays--have Pluto there and you will Pluto is that deep, unearthing energy. It is good, even wonderful , in the right setting. I would just like people's feedback on the Combust right there in the MIDDLE of the Pluto aspects. I am glad the idea of replays helped . It really helps me . Knowing about them is the only way to navigate relationships--even same sex ones lol. x o x Ami

Glam--look up Sun combust Mercury . I think there is a name for the sun closer than 5 degrees--casimi or something like that. See if you want THAT anywhere near Pluto lol Seriously, Glam, I am a beginner and have been traumatized by a combust lol so I hope some other people will respond---you know? ALSO--if I really liked him ,I would go ahead and just watch the Astrological things. I would not let astrology rule my heart if I really felt something for him. With the guy I mentioned, when I spent time with him, the astrological placements became clear as day and the unworkability of the situation was the same. If you really want to go forward and I sense you do, just watch and see. If there are bad things, they will become clear in time. x o x Ami

You can buy a synastry reading from one of the sites.I have bought many . Some just for learning purposes such as when I did my synasyty with someone I wasn't even interested in--just to see. I feel embarrassed that I am so new and said all this but it is just the level of knowledge where I am, Glam. You need to get a professional reading(s) if no one answers. Don't panic. It is just information to use. Your own gut and heart comes first. Ami ------------------ Hermes made me do it. IP: Logged |

I got mine from Astrodients. I would not get the Liz Greene one. It is too "otherwordly" lol--so symbolic that you can't figure it out lol--IMO. I would get a simple ,practical one. The composite on that site was good, I think. I have gotten them from other sites, too,so can't remember which was which lol. IF the combust is gonna be an issue,it will show itself. IF he is a real hair trigger, you will know soon. In the meantime, you seem smitten with him. I would enjoy my time with him but keep an eye out for problems which would make it unworkable long term. I can tell, I think, that you are not gonna end it and that you are really taken by him. So, what are you gonna do? Just watch. x o Ami

Dear Glam I was getting a feeling about him as I was going over the charts. With that sweet tender Cancer ASC and those tough feelings juxtaposed----I bet he would be very, very charismatic Ami ------------------ Hermes made me do it. IP: Logged |
