Though I agree, that different views exist and should be accepted and honoured, I also see that it is not a "crime" to form an opinion (as long as it doesn`t lead us to "condemn" other people).
Actually I think that at one point we have to make a decision what is working for US, in our subjective point of view.
On the other hand it`s also a matter of how much importance we place on something.

nobody said that it was a crime to form somebody's opinion

I was playing the devils' advocate
making the point that there are many view Astrology and great well known, top selling Astrologers like Noel Tyl,Liz Greene just like many people here view Scientology and Scientology leaders/founder. Many people put Astrology in the same category as Scientology.

also one person's religious, spiritual beliefs is another person's view of being crazy

a person's spiritual guide,advisor,teacher is another person's view of being a fraud,a cult leader,false prophet

People can be easily offended when a person's religion is being criticized

Many Christians get easily offended when Christianity is being criticized and slammed.

Many Muslims get easily offended when Islam is being criticized and slammed.

I don't see how Scientologists are any different in that way.

I know that many astrologers get easily offended when Astrology is being criticized and slammed. That's for damned sure.

I am unsure what went on in the thread, but I just want to restate my problems were not with Scientology itself and if people got anything out of it, but rather that my problems rest with the man who created Scientology.

Consider this verse:
(James 3:11 KJV) Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?
12 Can the fig tree, my brethren, bear olive berries? either a vine, figs? so can no fountain both yield salt water and fresh.

That was my point. Ron seemed like someone putting out a lot of "salt" water with the fresh, which should make you question unless you turn a blind eye to he mountain of accusations against him, than why drink freely of it without questioning it? It wasn't about attacking something which I don't understand because I fear it or because it's different.
