Ok so I have my Venus conjunct Saturn in the 7th house (Aquarius). I also have my Venus quincunx Jupiter. What I'm trying to get at here, is that I've always had a problem with love. Ever since I can remember I've never felt worthy or good enough for someone else and I hate feeling this way. Ugh, I just want to really try and grasp a better understanding on how to deal with these aspects so I can better myself. I know this sounds like I'm pitying myself or something, but in all honesty I don't know who would ever want to feel the way I do so if anyone has any input please, leave me a reply. It would be much appreciated, Thanks Also, just in case here is my DOB: Feb 29, 1992. Winchester, VA at 2:13 pm

hey ShyanneG, first of all, welcome to LL! well, Saturn conj Venus in Aquarius makes you want commitment more than a regular Venus in Aqua does, you take love and relationships seriously and they are quite important to you since you have a stellium in the 7th house plus your ASC ruler Moon is in the 7th too. Saturn conjunct Venus might make it 'feel' difficult to find love and quincunx to Jupiter may make you frustrated in your attempts to find a partner and a relationship that is consistent with your values. Saturn quincunx Jupiter makes you worry about or feel being taken advantage of by others. BUT you also have a supportively aspected Pluto in the 5th, Pluto being its ruler, which shows that you are deep and very intense in love and love has always been/will always be a positively transformative experience for you >> Pluto trines ASC. The main problem in my opinion is how you feel about yourself and how you percieve the outer world thus deal with others. You have Chiron in the 1st which makes opposition to Moon, mean Black Moon Lilith and Mars in the 7th. First of all, Chiron is in Leo >> fear or inability to express your Self, your gifts and talents, in one word: not being able to shine. Chiron in the 1st house in Leo indicates that you are to discover and uncover your Self. BTW are you prone to headaches? You have probably been emotionally wounded in your early childhood (might have felt rejected by your mother since Chiron is opposite Moon) and this wound defines how you see the world and dominates your motives and behaviour. Chiron opposition Moon must be very painful for you, you might have problems with expressing your emotions to others or feeling awkward about your emotional needs. You are very sensitive and it would be helpful if you leart to protect yourself from psychic vampires. Mars opposition Chiron gives you strength to confront your wounds and face your fears, if you don't do this it may result in passive–aggressive behavior and self-destructive tendencies. Chiron opposition BML may give you the feeling that there is something wrong with you spiritually or that you were born in the wrong place at the wrong time. This placement will require a lot of healing work to be carried in extremely profound parts of the subconscious and the unconscious mind so psychoanalytic or regression therapy seems a good solution. You also have ASC trine Mercury (12th and 3rd houses ruler in the 9th) and Pluto (5th house ruler), which is very helpful for you because you are have enough strength, spirit, will and intelligence to transform and heal. You also have Pholus right on your ASC. With Pholus there you might be torn by the tension between self-destruction and the deepening of and transforming your Self. Pholus symbolizes parts of our nature from which we are still cut off and with which we try to make contact. But it also gives you power to completely alter your self-perception and enjoy your inner harmony and your Inner Child's happiness. P.S. sorry if I sounded all doom and gloom, it really was not my intention, I just felt the need to focus on and explain the area where in my opinion your problem is stemming from. I hope it will be of help to you. P.S.S. Please take into consideration I am not a professional astrologer so a grain of salt may be needed! P.S.S.S. lol Belgz IP: Logged |

saturn in hard aspect to natal venus can go both ways, the native can play as the venus and never feel worthy enough toward saturn energy. or the native can play as the saturn and make their partner (venus) not feel worthy enough. IP: Logged |

Peri, "The main problem in my opinion is how you feel about yourself and how you percieve the outer world thus deal with others."I definantly agree with this 100% Oh and about the headaches: I really have never had any kind of problem with headaches. I can't recall having any at all actually. Regarding the chiron opposite moon: my mom never really rejected me, most of my problems stem from my relationship with my father. Although my mom has never had a decent relationship with her mother and has been rejected by her since childhood in various ways. So I don't know if that would have any influence on me. Lastly, Thank you soooo much for your reply and all the info! I feel as though everything rings true

Thanks for the hugs Ami Ann And thanks to belgz and diablo for the support!Oh and to letram: "or the native can play as the saturn and make their partner (venus) not feel worthy enough." I never even considered that! I wouldn't think that I could project that on to someone else. I'll definitely keep that in mind.. IP: Logged |

saturn is very HARD on venus. It can make us feel as if we are not deserving or worthy of anything and it can cause us to get involved in abusive or self destructive relationships. It can be very sadomasochistic, you have to learn to love and value yourself Before others, then you will find the relationship you truely seek.IP: Logged |

Omg, so very true Scrappy. I think the lesson there is to learn how to love and accept yourself first before you can love another, just like you said. I've been single for 3yrs for the 1st time in my life and while at times it's been lonely, I've learned love myself and now its virtually impossible to get me in any r/ship cos I'm not prepared to compromise ME again for a relationship. Your Venus quincux Jupiter is too wide of an orb. Plus, Venus/Jupiter aspects aren't usually a problem since they are both benefics.Anyway, you're young. I'd say your problems with self worth are because of your Moon in Capricorn and also Saturn's influence over your Venus. But you will grow out of it. I had a friend who had NEVER been in a relationship despite really wanting someone to love. No one appealed to her. But finally, at the age of 23 she found her first boyfriend, someone who is perfect for her in every single way. Unlike me, who jumps from guy to guy and dates absolute losers lol. I have Venus square Saturn in the 7th (it's conjunct my DSC by 2 degrees). Uranus is also conjunct my Saturn, so Venus squares it too. Most interpretations of these aspects would make me believe I will NEVER be in a relationship, but that is far from true. I'm guessing you just graduated high school? If you're going to college, trust me, there are PLENTY of guys that will want to date you. In high school, you've known those people for years and years and they've seen you in your awkward growing up stage so even if you're attractive and have a good personality, all people see is your awkwardness (and vice versa). It sucks, but after high school, when you're plunged into the real world, you get to reinvent yourself and there's a much bigger pool of people to be interested in. Chin up IP: Logged |

I completely agree with amowls...I didn't date anybody in HS... once I got to college- those first 2 yrs I probably had at least 5-6 b/f each year and then it started slowing down. I'm still single (as in not married and I'm 31) but I rather be alone and single than be in a relationship and lonely! My Venus aspects... Venus- ruler of 5th, in the 5th in Scorpio Venus opposite Moon, square Jupiter, sextile Saturn, conj Uranus, Trine MC IP: Logged |
