What's the deal with stuff like this? I know a little about anaretic degrees, and a little about sabians, but the link above freaked me out, as I have one or two of the "bad" degrees mentioned in the list.
I don't want to just write it off, but I'd like to think there's possibility of improvement in all aspects of one's chart. But I will say that it scared me a bit. One of the degrees even mentioned that one would end up dead in a ditch or something...! Any input? IP: Logged |

Yeah, Virgo 9 degree is body in a ditch.

I think we looked at this site quite a few months ago. It's design is very satanic.If you look at the bottom of the page, it says Joy of satanic ministries. The Upside down pentagram is a devil's face.

15 Degrees of Leo is one of the worst degrees in the zodiac. Either natally or in prediction. Prominent in the charts of serial killers, felons serving life sentences, hard luck, etc. Helen Keller- blind/deaf had her chart co-ruler, Mars at 15 degrees of Leo, along with no air signs. (Air signs are communication).

shrugsa lot of stuff in Astrology can be taken with a grain of salt a lot of its outdated
look at the bright side,
use the sidereal zodiac, and you won't have those same positions
the sidereal zodiac is not the same as the constellation zodiac though
as for the fixed star positions, the method that astrologers use today isn't the same method that Ptolemy used. It was Ptolemy's stuff, that the fixed star astrology is based on.
I prefer Bernadette Brady's fixed star paran method. The interpretations that Brady uses is much different from the interpretations that are given for projecting stars onto the ecliptic. I don't see how projecting a star onto another's star path makes sense. after all when we project stars onto the ecliptic which is the Sun's path, We are forcing the stars to be on another star's path.
The paran method is a visual based method that is older than projecting stars onto the ecliptic which was the method used by Ptolemy. Ptolemy didn't record the ecliptic projections to be used in Astrology. They were recorded in his Astronomy book and not his Astrology book.
