the question was simply: "Will he recognize me?" (with a quiet voice in the back of my head: and if he does, what does he think of me?"

(I should have known better than making a horary chart during the most challenging astrological week of the whole year. lol)

(Interestingly the DESC is conjunct my Valentine by 2 degrees and the MC is conjunct his natal Venus exactly. lol).

Tricky bc I don't know which house to use for him.

I'm going to guess the 7th (love interest) or 10th houses (public figure) could apply?

Either way, you as Venus are cnj the significators. If he's the 7th, the cnj is applying. The 10th, and it's separating. All of the significators are in Libra in the 6th house. I don't know what to make of that.

The Moon and Sun are united in the 4th house in an applying cnj. That looks favorable. Angular house so strong, in Leo so joyful, and the 4th so internal and connected with the past. It has a recognition "vibe" to me, but as I'm sure you can tell from my analysis I'm winging this.

Consider this post an elaborate "bump."

I need to do a google search, to see if I can find posts from MVM and others, on horary (for the links they provided). I only know the very basics, otherwise I'd try to read it.

DD knows a heck of a lot more about astrology than I do. I just assumed she was posting here for other opinions.

I've tried a few readings of my own, but am never quite sure that I'm doing it correctly.

Rasperri,

Lol No not that good in horary, but sure I have had my own thoughts about it.

Jane,
what I have heard and read is that you take the 7th house for any kind of "other",e specially if the relationship is not really defined.

So, since his significator is applying to a conjunction to mine, I`d say that would be a Yes, maybe, hopefully.
lol

But where Venus is strongly placed, in the sign she rules, Mars is in its fall I think, which weakens his position considerably. So probably even if (when) he recognizes me, he wouldn`t be able to act on it, I guess?

I also was asking about his thoughts, which are the 3rd from the 7th house. saturn is the ruler of his thoughts, and lands in Libra.
So his thoughts are ruled by whatever Venus represents - in this case either me or 12th house stuff (Venus rules the 12th house for him).

From his perspective all these planets fall into his 12th house - not sure what to make of this.

My thoughts are actually ruled by Sun (as Moon as ruler of my 3rd house is in Leo conjunct Sun) and Sun rules my 5th house. So my thoughts are on having fun probably. lol

I am not sure what this very exact opposition of Jupiter to my significator means though. Jupiter ruling my 8th house and falling into the 12th house, and being retograde.

Teasel,

like you I have read a few things on horary, but I am always a bit insecure in this branch, afraid I am reading into it what I want to find.

Though I must admit that some days ago I did a horary which clearly spelled No (or actually: no action at all), no matteer how I tried to twist it.

Mars is in its Detriment. (Signs opp natural Rulership = Detriment. Signs opp Exaltation = Fall.) And yes, I think that's a good interpretation. Applying cnj so yes he'll remember, but too weak to act on that recognition.

I take that as another indication he'll remember you since Saturn is exalted, so super strong.

I'd say the memory could be vague, as in "I know her, but from where?"

Or he'll remember the particulars of the prior meeting(s), but wonder if there's anything else about you that makes you feel familiar.

Either way, I think he'll feel a familiarity but not be completely certain of why he feels it as strongly (Saturn in Libra) as he does.

Same here, except my fear with horary isn't finding what I want to. It's not even knowing where to look for the answers! I really lucked out with those 2 horaries I did in my thread bc the universe gave me the most straightforward, obvious charts possible. It must've known my horary ability level and took pity.
