I found the the houses of a composite chart can be very difficult to understand, at least for me...hence my second posting on the topic.i've got 3 planets in the composite 12th house with my current beau: jupiter, uranus, and pluto. please share your experiences with the composite 12th house and its planets there. thanks guys!! Well, in synastry the 12th house is a powerful knowing of the unconscious of each other.
It is a wordless bond cuz you know each other without words Is it the same in the composite?

The 12th house is where I get stuck in astrology, I am fascinated with it. Maybe because I am a pisces but I gravitate towards relationships where the 12th house is prominent both in synastry and composite. It is difficult and it takes one to know one I think. 12th house planets and their activities do not want to be pinned down. I can only offer my observations and I don't spend as much time contemplating outer planets there. I have heard many times that jupiter in the 12th house retains its beneficent qualities there, acting as a guardian angel in a sense. Pluto and Uranus I am unsure of. The 12th house has been best summarized for me as a hiding place. I know as a pisces that I pretend that some things do not exist so that they will not be "picked up on" if I feel shy about something etc. I try to bury energy until I can deal with it and as you can imagine, that can become an issue if I forget.
The 12th house, in my experience, performs this act for planets that reside there. What Ami Ann said is true too. In synastry, I have found that when a planet falls into my 12th house, I have an understanding of that person (esp if it is the sun or moon) that is almost inseparable from my understanding of myself. It can be very tricky to know who I am feeling. As soon as I think I understand and start to address things there by name, they will change. In composite, I have had the 12th house express extreme deception, acceptance and understanding all at the same time. If the other person in question is mature, it isn't a problem but when they aren't, it can be damaging. I really think that the 12th house is more indicative of so called soul mates than any other marker. I have never understood any other placement to be so deep. It is also kinda impossible to forget those who touch you there, for better or worse. I'm no expert but the 12th house is what I like to ponder. Hopefully I have shared something that is helpful. In my only experience with the composite 12th house (a special friendship), I've felt that there was a special affinity and sense of understanding between me and the other person, but we rarely interacted in the real life. I've felt that things (about our friendship) are a bit unclear yet clear at the same time (if I'm making sense lol - 12th house = the less you try to rationalize it, the more you can sense what it is; the more you try to rationalize it, the less you understand about it).IP: Logged |

Lol yeah, the lines blur and I'm not sure what I've got if I'm suppose to put it into words. I have Sun & Merc in 12th in composite. In the beginning of our relationship, we were only friends and it was long distance, but when he moved to my city we became more. I'm still not sure exactly HOW it became romantic because we didn't verbalized it or made plans for it to happen, it just did. There was mutual love, an unspoken understanding of what we wanted, like it naturally just developed that way, if that makes any sense lol. It's very unlike what I've experienced before in my past relationships, I've always talked about the current guy I was dating with my friends, but with him I've never really shared anything about our relationship with them nor do I feel like I want/need to. We live together, we hang out together, we even got a puppy together lol. We're in a very committed relationship but we don't put a label on what we have. I'm not sure if I can really define what I have with him anyway. IP: Logged |

Listen to this song. It is 12th house in synastry. I have never had it in composite.I have my moon, sun, Venus and Mercury in his 12th house.
