I asked the question, "Will I be able to keep my position?"
Using a method I learned from another knowflake, the Asc and DC ruler are conjunct, so it looks like a yes. But with an Opposition from Uranus and Jupiter from the 3rdish, it looks like it won't be as stable as before because of school?
I'm a nightshift worker too, so does the Pluto and NN in the 12th look favorable? I know the 6th house ruler (healthcare) makes not aspects except to the Ascendant. Iffy or no? Or would you consider the 12th house ruler since its a hospital I work at? I am definitely a novice at horary so if anyone has a differing opinion, I'm open to it. :-\ IP: Logged |

In this case you would use the 10th house or maybe the 6th house rulers.1st and 10th are in a separating conjunction with Mars not being strong at all. However you are very strong and the Moon is about to move into Libra signifying your concern for this I guess. But with Mars moving on I'd say the answer is no. But these horaries can be tricky. Overall I feel that something will be in your favor because of how strong you are in this situation. IP: Logged |

Thanks guys! I am appreciating your insight. I was a little confused about what you meant by looking 'strong' in this situation, Rasberri. But now I'm assuming you were looking at my significator?
To be clearer: I'm not concerned about losing my job, just my current position. There are 2 very important reasons I would prefer to keep it for a while. However, an important opportunity came up a day ago (out of the blue) and I took it. Because of traveling distances and the hours, it looks like I might not be able to keep my current night position.
The update: upon looking at the cirriculum at my program, because I took all the prerequisites, I may have eliminated half my course load. So so far, things might be looking up.

It is a job, its just the matter of keeping my position. I stand to possibly lose my current night position in favor of this lesser one in a different unit.IP: Logged |
