I just like to look at things from multiple angles, perspectives and many things in Astrology aren't cut and dry. I prefer a 21st Century multidimensional geometric, harmonic approach to Astrology.I like to study things that most astrologers aren't into, and that's based on my interest in different, eclectic things. I am also one of the very small minority of astrologers that welcomed the demotion of Pluto, thinking it was about time. I always thought that Ceres is highly underrated in Astrology. I am glad that Pluto and Ceres are equals in Astronomy as dwarf planets. That's because of the discovery of the Eris. That's my very strong transneptunian influence. The 21st Century objects.

Probably Uranus Conjunct Saturn (chart ruler) in the 12th. I believe Uranus and Aquarius rule astrology, so you would look to those two influences in your chart.IP: Logged |

You know what, I had a creepy dream about a year ago about a psychic who had every single planet in Aquarius. I don't know what that meant, but she scared me in the dream I know that much. IP: Logged |

Benedict Moon...yes Aquarius and Uranus are intimately linked. Uranus figures prominently in my chart...conjunct Mercury & Jupiter...trine MC.But Aquarius is empty. I also wonder about the 11th house where my Cancer Moon trine neptune lies. IP: Logged |

We all are very different to normal people who don't practice astrology. We explore the mystic and unknown side of the universe to most people. This is ruled by both Neptune and Uranus. That's also probably why we all have moon-Neptune aspects. We explore the unknown and are more spiritual people. We are very unique. It takes years to get where we are and the knowledge that we have acquired is unlike anything else. IP: Logged |

It got me thinkingUranus is strong in the charts of astrologers, people that are interested in Astrology I believe that Uranus,Aquarius is strong in the charts of skeptics of Astrology too. They can be so individualistic and rebellious that they don't believe in any system pinning them down. Many of them believe that they control their own futures and that they are not linked to the heavenly bodies. They are independent. Uranus is strong in the charts of astronomers who tend to be very critical of Astrology. Uranus fits astronomers with their interest in the sky and their interest in finding new things. To astronomers, astrologers are rigid, attached to the past, clinging on to the old and outdated ideas and resist new discoveries. The astronomers believe that they are broadminded, always moving forward and progressing as they search for new things that tend to bring changes to present ideas. Out with the old, in with the new can apply to Astrology and Astronomy. The astrological and astronomical communities view the as the old and rigid and themselves as the new and progressing. ------------------ Raymond Andrews, President,Executive Director of Developmental Neurodiversity Association Supporting the Neurodiversity Movement A Different Mind Is Not A Deficient Mind. http://www.facebook.com/#!/group.php?gid=131944976821905&ref=ts IP: Logged |

URANIA blesses the Astrologer with spiritual values and wisdom when analyzing Natal Charts. Yes, it will help Astronomers too. Astronomy identifies the Body of the celestial objects, with Astrology we know about their Soul, and how they affect other Souls.I have URANIA conjunct Uranus in Scorpio 7th, 2 degrees orb. HEKATE in Pisces trines URANIA exact. ATLANTIS sextiles URANIA by 1.5 degrees.

I have Urania conjunct Uranus in the 2nd house (1 deg orb) in loose conjunct with my Virgo Sun.I don't feel confident enough to interpret other people's charts, though. I'm having enough difficulties in interpreting my own. ;-) ~ Lana

Glaucus..."Many of them believe that they control their own futures and that they are not linked to the heavenly bodies. They are independent."I'm like this. However, I don't see astrology as being much different from DNA. Both are archetypes of sorts...most especially astrology. The physical and metaphysical worlds are in parallel. Both are a blueprint for the individual, but the individual still has free will. Edit: I would also add that the contents of the periodic table are archetypes too. The parts of the universe, history, cultures, and individuals are combinations of all these various archetypes. I'm making the assumption that most people here believe in reincarnation and past lives...literally. My belief on these things is more subtle...more abstract. So this might be controversial here, but I believe it is the archetypes that reincarnate, not the person. IP: Logged |
