Great book; a classic and ahead of its time. I also like 'Astrology for the Millions', his book on transits. He's able to look at constructive influences behind challenging aspects..
Love Arroyo too, all of his books. He's amazing.

I've got it and enjoy the insights and have found much to ring true for myself. I consider it a valuable source for obtaining awareness of potential stumbling blocks in one's course.

This is an excellent book for understanding sun-moon combinations.

But since the book seems geared more toward the layman, I find his aspect numbering system instead of the traditional symbols to be hard to use if not ridiculous.

I own the second edition of it, so its really old and awesome! There is a great bio about Lewi in it as well, I guess he was one of the first people to make astrology more acessible to the masses.

His books were some of my first Astrology books back in 1998. I gave mini readings with them too.

I agree with the aspect thing.

He was also into the heliocentric planetary nodes that aren't used by many astrologers. I use them though.
