Hmm Transit Saturn opposite N Chiron is the only thing I see. Magi call it the Heartbreak transit.

Lexx, this might last for at least a week until the Sun (12th house ruler) and Mercury (his chart ruler) transits Virgo and your beloved's Pluto in the first. His will is being tested and will continue to be until the end of the month.

His Jupiter and Uranus conjunction is being oppossed by the Jupiter/Uranus transit which would be significant...Can his meds be changed or decreased?

He has tr. Saturn square natal Sun and that explains why he feels depressed, also Uranus/Jupiter is opposite his natal Uranus/Jupiter >> must make him feel sick and tired, he wants to break free but does not know how to...

I also looked at his solar arcs, he has T-square to natal Chiron formed by sa Neptune and IC/MC, also a quincunx from Jupiter >> that explains health problems he has now feel unbearable to him; sa BML square his ASC and sa Mars opposite natal BML may give an idea why he is thinknig about suicide now...I don't know how I can help here or what advice I can give...tr. Saturn will stop squaring his Sun soon (in October), I hope he will feel a lot better when Saturn moves further

I don't need a horary chart. I can see in his natal chart that his health is under severe attack right now. I hate the medical industry as much as you do but in this particular case, this is just the beginning. His natal chart is suggesting that this is just the start of his crisis and if he's already feeling suicidal from it, you might want to consider what they are asking you.

I wouldn't lay blame on anyone, that woman was using guilt as a tool on you. She's stupid.

My Sun is at 8 Cancer though but I'm not feeling suicidal, my Chiron is at 0 Cancer.

Maybe its my Libra ASC.

Very good about the talking. It is a means of getting the bad energy out, if you want to look at it that way.
Any way he can expel some of that pain and heartache to get it from inside to the outside is good.
Any small change is to be celebrated, Lexx.
As long as he is here, you can keep going.
Don't look at the long picture like "What are we gonna do, long term"

First of all, ruler of his Ascendant, Mercury is unaspected, what is not good. In that case, person very often feels alone, even if there are many people around him.

Second: it is not the best to have Chiron just in 8th house, in square with the Sun and opposition with Uranus. Uranus transit is now in the 8th.

Third: I don't like this Moon, ruler of his Sun in conjunction with Neptune, ruler of 8th.

On your place, I would watch him and his behaviour.
