Hi all,
Some of you remember my posting regarding my on going problem with a father of my future daughter.
I made it to 29 weeks!!! so happy. each week is such a blessing. Even though I am happy (fat and happy hehehehe) I have some real concerns regarding our (my daughther and my future in a near year or so)
My ex does not want to pay a child support.
I actully offered him to disapper from my life altogether. He refused. He wants to see his daughter but he does not want to pay a dime. (he told me: "I do not have money so do not ask me for a child support, otherwise I will bring you to court and sue you and take away ur parental rights")
I know it is just a tactics to scare me... I know the thoughts behind all of it. But still it is very unpleasant situation.
I know my right as a mother and I am not helpless (I will retain a laywer when time will come).
But I want nothing to do with him. I just want to distance myself from this ugly situation. I am not angry at my ex. I am ... well.... disqusted
Can you look at the my transits? and what will I face during this time? ease my mind.

I noticed I have a hard transit exactly at that time. Tr Saturn opposite my N.Mars

Um... I'm pretty sure that if he took you to court, the court would make him pay child support.

Basically, he can't exercise his parental rights (aka seeing your daughter) unless he pays. He's a moron if he thinks he can sue you for not letting him see his daughter when he isn't paying child support.

well his tactic was
in a beggining:
1. he wanted to take full custody of the child. Well I said to him "Good luck with that". I guess he spoke to a lawyer and was explained it is nearly imposible to take a child from a fit mother.
2. Now he changed his tactics. Now he wants to have 50/50 custody(physical/legal) By doing that.. he wants to get money from me. I am making about 30%> than him.
and I agree he is a moron.

Still Hopeful, what is his sun or chart ruler?
If it is strategy and this has been recent, I have a feeling things may change when the appropriate retro planet goes direct. Personally speaking I understand your situation...

Neptune goes direct on the 8/9th of Novemeber and you should feel a shift/change between then towards the end of the year as it transits your Venus and pholus.

Saturn will also have moved from your sun's ruler Uranus... The cardinal t-square has been doing a number on all of us... and as Saturn moves in forward motion things should easer up or become more orderly.

However expect some erratic behaviour next year until around June time when Uranus moves into Aries and finally moves from conjuncting with your Chiron.

In any case... don't be intimidated by him. Stay calm and try your best to enjoy your pregnancy. Remember all the strategies in the world's are just ebbs and flows and people dealing with change but he will eventually have to take responsibility for your child regardless of the situation, so just hold tight, even sit back and watch while he gets himself worked up over the inevitable.

Ahhhh... see how Jupiter is conjunct Uranus in Pisces right now... Do I hear strange delusions of grandeur?

He has court in his mind... the conjunction in the 9th house indicates legal affairs but also emphasises the self-righteous thinking that he might just be doing right now. Jupiter will do a retro... so he will not easer up on this thinking until it goes direct and heads for Aries in January 2011

The guy is intelectually arrogant. He thinks he knows all. well I guess It is time for his to learn his lesson, don't you think?

Is the baby due around late December then?
He will be in a much better place and communicating more effectively then so you might actually find that the birth will bring you too together to a healthier more agreeable place. If you feel up to it and can talk as much about the issues then, and try to make some decisions then as he will have adapted to the situation better by then.

Ah I thought the transists that you posted up were for the baby's due date... Everything I said still applies... mercury will be direct and he will be experiencing a Mercury return and so communicating more effectively than he has done in a while. He might review some things but my guess is he will still remain indignant for a while after that... so keep your head on your shoulders and don't be taken in by any wild promises, just get him in agreement as best you can work it, keeping yours and the baby's needs as priority.

That Pluto is doing major things to his natal placements... BUT it is teaching HIM a lesson. So thouhg he may try to bully or intimidate, it is he who is ultimately going to have to give in and give up a little control if things are to work out for him.

Pluto is doing numbers on your planets. I can see how stressful this is for you both.. It is a very difficult situation but one which sees the babies needs as taking priority regarding agreements and decisions. I'm sorry that you are going through this but you will get stronger as a result

Yes sorry I added to my post. This is a stressful time for you both... I still think key changes beyond your individual selves will happen as the planets go direct and this will produce more effective communication. You are both hurting from this, but as of now, you are the most important person, as the womb and mother of your child, so take care of yourself, keep yourself calm and let him ride out his frustration.
