...I was talking to myself over dinner(yup, no typo) when I figured this out.

For some days now, I have been dealing with thoughts of punching a former friend of mine or just doing something Martian(Aries in 8th) and I thought it was just me being vengeful and vindictive a la Scorpio(even though I was the one who broke it off, go figure).

Tonight, I sat myself down and had a good heart-to-heart with myself and we went over this with a fine comb. The answer is surprisingly accurate.

I broke it off because I felt it had run its natural course and both parties had learnt all they had to from each other. I had learnt how to deal with people better(I am def. not a people's person) and she had become more optimistic about life.

Now, when I see her just like she was before, sad and gloomy, a zombie in other terms, it vexes me, I'm terribly vexed.

Reasoning is that I learnt something from being with her and thought she'd learnt the same too only to find that's not the case. It makes me feel as if I was a selfish "taker" who's given nothing back to the other person and taken all lessons from them. And this is irking my Venus in 2nd house Libra terribly.

You know, 2nd house, material stuff...ugh!

Maybe your friendship made her more optimistic about life.
If you lose someone it's very hard to stay optimistic and likely even more when a frustration is still there and you haven't talked it over, which indeed gives a sort of vengeful vibe (on both sides).
But I think that's just natural, although we all wish we could talk it over ofcourse (but well, as it asks to open our emo-world in some way... )

That doesn't mean I break off every time but I cannot stand people being dependent on me. You learn and then you apply. The student becomes the teacher. You can't just hang onto someone to be there for you all the time...that's spiritual suicide!

Frozen - having a desire to punch someone is definitely Aries-like (my Sun is Aries).

Scorpio/Pluto is more like - having a desire to slowly and systematically torture someone.

I know Dyna but my Aries Mars is in the 8th, Pluto's territory.

And, she's a former friend so I don't think breaking knuckles one after the other is a good way to treat former friends, even if you can't stand them. You know, my Pluto makes exceptions.

lol, dyna, i cant tell you how true that is...i have pluto (and sun) in scorpio and i give my mom "revenge" tips everytime she is having problems with her boyfriend, LOL they are really quite horrid too
