Pluto doesn't mean anything in horary, because it's not a traditional ruler. It's sometimes used as an auxillary to add to the regular reading.Your chart is not radical. The moon is VOC. IP: Logged |

Diana,I am always wondering about VOC Moon. I have read in some articles, that a chart is not readable with that kind of Moon. But I have read in even more articles that the chart is readable, but that it means that "nothing will happen" in relation to the question. Which one is right? And why? IP: Logged |

DD, I am not a horary expert by any stretch, but most people say it's not readable. If it can be read, but nothing comes of it, isn't that the same as it being unable to be read? The answer would be incorrect. rasp, it depends if it makes any applying aspects in the chart. IP: Logged |

Not necessarily.I read it on Kim Falconers site, I think. There was a health horary, when someone worried about their health, and if it was getting worse, and the Moon was VOC and Kim (or someone else there) interpreted it as "Don`t worry, cause nothing more will happen in that case". Not sure if that is applicable, I am not an expert either. IP: Logged |

Oh, yeah, I've heard that too. But that isn't the same as reading it, though..is it? To me, reading it is going through all the aspects and showing how the situation will develop.IP: Logged |

YEs, you are right. It would be more of a "Yes or No" answer in this case, I guess.IP: Logged |

hmmm Well I know the traditional story is that transpersonal planets do not work in horary. But sometimes I have used them. I don't actually agree with using ONLY the "old" rulers. IP: Logged |
