as some know,currently im with debts to finances and social security,due to my fatherīs irresponsibility and bad management.

ive been trying to sell some lands that we have in our family. my last effort now is to put it to sell through the most powerful Agency here in Portugal,that takes 5% of the sell.

the lands are on my aunts name,and half of it are of my Fatherīs.

Although ive been doing all possible to try to sell,he doenst.
After i contacted this Agency he now doesn't want to put the lands there,if they take 5%,so im seeing that he will be acting irresponsibly again,in the middle of this.

is the chart readable?

cause the ac is in the 1st degrees,and to some this cannot be readable?

i know only this:im significated by Mars.

the lands i dont know if its by the 4th ruler - property/real estate - or by the 2nd ruler - possessions?- or 7th? - contracts?

i went to see a similar question on internet.and they looked at it this way:

- the buyer of the lands is showed by the 7th ruler - so here its Venus.

- Profit from the sell - is showed by the 5th,as it is the 2nd from the 4th - so here is showed by Neptune.

Im also co-significated by Moon.here she rules the 9th.

so for "yes" i must see if there is an aspect between me(Mars)and neptune and/or Venus.

im mars at 0scopr and i saw this means mars is rulling in its facE?dont know what that means.

the moon is placed in the 3rd in 6cap,so probably here showing that im focused/worried with 3rd issues:siblings,contracts,comunication etc / which i am.

rules the 9th so probably means that im thinking about the buyer,that can come from foreign countries.

i am Mars.i will conjunct Venus. so is this a "yes" to the sell?

i am Mars.received a trine from Mercury.is this a "yes" too?

im not good at this so....i will love if somebody could give me some help here.

Land is 4th house.
Property is 2nd.

You are mars.
Land is saturn.
Saturn is in your 11th, ruler mercury and lands 8th, querents natural house so i can see why you are tied into this with dealing with other peoples resources and a forcing of change.
mars in 12th/hidden.
Saturn separating square to moon.

I'm not sure it will sell immediately. It might take a while. Hope i'm wrong

well times ago i made a conscious choice of changing myself towards a more aware woman,cultivating the Spirit.

as you know im currently having the Cross affecting all my axis - satunr on asc/ Pluto on IC/soon Uranus will cj my DSC - so i know that im karmically being forced to change pretty much everything in my life.

it is not being an easy task,as some could see by my latest posts,and that is also why im not here as often as i was before.

Im thinking a lot of things,reading and studying in order to make the best out of all This,and to know the best choices to make.

Izo here. I'm sorry you're going through this mess caused by your father. I can't begin to imagine what that's like, even though I've dealt with an irresponsible father as well, but not to this extent.
As for the charts, well, there is definitely a difference between them, in the Regiomontanus system the 2nd/8th house axis is in Scorpio/Taurus, and Pluto is no longer in the 2nd, but in the 3rd. I also use Regiomontanus for horary. In regards to your question, I think we should look at the 8th house, because the lands are not in your name, but in your father's and aunt's - other people's possessions.
The 8th house is empty, except for the Vertex, and it is ruled by Venus in Scorpio (in its detriment - I think this refers to their value on the market, which at this point in the economic crisis is probably not as much as they worth, so even if you sell them you might not get that much). The fact that Venus is in the 1st house, your house, under your rulership, means that the lands are at your disposition, as if they were yours. I imagine it would be difficult to sell them without your father's cooperation, which I think is suggested by the separating conjunction between Venus and Mars. The Moon, your other significator, is also separating from Venus. The Moon is very weak, it is in a cadent house, in detriment, which is probably why you feel so hopeless and powerless about this (amplified by Mars's position in the 12th). But, mind you, it is not as bad as you think, because Venus will turn retro and will conjunct Mars once again. If you do sell the lands, I would advise you to do it during the next Venus-Mars conjunction, preferably with Venus in direct motion and not in Scorpio (in its detriment). That time might be in May 2011, with the conjunction at 7 Taurus, in Venus's domicile. In this chart, 7 Taurus falls in the 7th house, of contracts and legal issues.

In this Horary chart, you're represented by the Mars and it's in the 12th house. You are blamed for something which you are not guilty of. And because of this, you feel angry and resentful towards people who put you into this trouble, but you don't express this anger openly, you go through it alone, you try to deal with it yourself. I think a lot of people are not aware of your real feelings about the issue because you keep your "angry/resentful feelings" hidden.

Your co-significator Moon square 4th house ruler Saturn, these issues are related to your home/domestic affairs, your parents/father, non-moveable possessions. And they're inhibiting you from being truly happy, you very often feel like you're about to lose hope, that's Saturn is in 11th. My advice to you is to start expressing that bottled-up anger, but in a "non-combative" way, I mean communicate your feelings openly, then later let old resentments go. I know, not an easy thing to do, but I believe it will help you get over this financial crunch quickly and healthy. I think this is a very powerful family karma at work.

About the answer of your question, you're the seller and the buyers are represented by the 7th house ruler Venus. To sell a land/house there must be an applying aspect between the ruler of 1st (seller) and the ruler of 7th (buyer). Here, Venus is not making an applying aspect to Mars. I'm also checking 8th house ruler (other people's money) to see if there's some money coming to you that will benefit your financial situation, 2nd house...the rulers of 2nd/8th and 1st/7th are the same, so no good news there either. Please do not take this chart seriously, because this chart only captures the "NOW", you/your actions can always change the outcome.

yesterday the meeting went fine and they said the lands are good to sell;weīre expecting the value that will come out of the market survey.

im doing my best not to feel that bad and helpless.im reading a lot about discovering the best in me,and work within,to expect the best outside myself.

well...yeah..during these years seem that my life was stuck.stopped.i felt very angry,resentful towards not only my father,but family too that said that was the only thing to do.

and that for me not to worry cause there was alot of people doing that.putting business in otherīs names.but i never agreed to have debts.

so,i felt very bad during all these years,and as im not very open about this,i let it sink within.

but times were that i really said openly what i felt about that,but nobody agreed with my feelings.so i felt even more disrespected,and wanting others to acknowledge my value for what i did.

im not in a place in my life where i BELIEVE that nothing is set in stone though.i truly believe that i can change the outcomes by my actions.

i just want to take the right ones.see these things with the "right" perspective,not judge by appearances you know...
