From ever since I can remember, certain individuals (mostly with placements in Fixed signs) have been exceedingly jealous of me and sought to undermine me. Do you think: jealousy is basically part and parcel of the human condition, and something that we just all have to deal with, or that there's something which makes people "latch onto me" for a time and then get screamingly jealous and not be able to hide it, either through blatant jealousy/ badmouthing me far and wide to others, or simply non-support (I'm talking mothers, SOs, friends etc). Its more to do with low self-esteem or the other person feeling that you are "stealing" their shine etc.As a solar Sag , I thought I was above jealousy because its all so petty lol but, there have been instances where I have acted irrationally (within feelings) and done things I didn't expect doing. I think that there are particular signs/aspects natally that are more prone to it than others, but then again, I could be wrong. It's rumoured that negative aspects to venus or moon, especially by Pluto or Saturn, can lead someone to be jealous/ possessive..... ________

Well coming from me, I have Mars in Aquarius squaring Pluto in Scorpio, along with a Taurus rising. I will admit I can be quite possessive of people and things. I'm not too crazy about it though, at least I don't think I am.  But I think it does have something to do with Pluto being badly aspected by personal planets. IP: Logged |

fixed signs are generally possessive which is entirely different to jealousy.
Jealousy appears to stem from insecurity. Possessiveness is to do with loyalty and faithfulness but the fixed signs go a bit OTT with it  IP: Logged |

jealosy is linked to low self-esteem, so it`s important to look 2nd house, it showes our self-esteem(and not only)..jealosy as feeling is showed by moon but how we act when we`re jealous is shown by mars..of course there are signs and planetary aspects that make people more prone to such feelings and these are-dominant fixed signs/houses, pluto aspects to personal planets(especially hard), etcIP: Logged |

Well dearies I have Moon conj Venus sq Saturn conj Pluto and I have attracted jealous women my entire life (including my mother).
I'm quite passionate about my relationships but I can't quite remember being jealous of another *person* but I definitely have been jealous of someone's interest in their hobby vs. spending time with me.
The men I attract aren't the jealous type either, possessive sometimes but that's a bit different. It's always the women.
It's true with Venus/pluto, other women get afraid that you're going to steal their man and displaying your sexuality makes others uncomfortable.
Britney Spears also has Venus sq Saturn conj Pluto, for example. and she's been a huge target of this. The fact that she's been so denigrated with regard to her overt sexual display (if you want to call it that) says more about the public than it does about her.IP: Logged |

Same here Lonake on all fronts except jealousy of others hobbies I have moon/venus/saturn/NN cj on 8th/9th cusp

 Lara, The one I remember it most with, he was basically a genius, Aquarius lol, so detached, and so afraid sometimes of being vulnerable with me due to past relationships, it was such a lonely feeling. Then he'd pay so much attention to chess or to his lil inventions I seriously felt like the only one with a beating heart (!)IP: Logged |

Lonake I have found that when people can't 'pigeon-hole' you they become resentful and jealous.
8th/9th house is intense and full on and i guess some can't handle this 100% or nothing about us lol IP: Logged |

from the people i know that are extreme jealous ( most of the time they are possessive too) i see Pluto cj the personals.i usually distance myself from them because i dont want to be the object of their insecurity. insecurity is usually very high as well as low-self esteem that they hide under the loads of possessiveness. but as im libra asc i will say another point of view hihihhi whenever i see someone like that entering in my life,for whatever reason,usually i also acknowledge that i attracted them too...unconsciously because all my life people liked to think that i "have it all" when the truth is that im far from perfect. but yes,we also attract certain types of people if we put ourselves to the role that the others like to tease. Fixed signs? Aquarius is known to be the least jealous sign, although I can't say from my experiences too well since my Moon is in Scorpio conjunct pluto. But it's more possessiveness. I don't like to share those I love  And going with what AscTaurus said would, Venus square Saturn make someone jealous/possessive. Anyone see that before? ------------------

I'm not sure if it was just his Aquarius, or the fact that my Jupiter squared his Venus.
Probably, it was that synastry aspect.
Venus is vain and gets jealous when she sees Jupiter having more fun.
