here is a three-way for you, three people, with connections shall we say, one has pluto on 15 libra, one has saturn at 14 libra, third has mars at 20 aries. a little wide i guess but liz greene would definitely include the opposition because mars is a personal planet...

anyone care to predict good and/or bad manifestations with this little group?

oh and now i think of it, a 4th person who has mars at 12 cancer ... and neptune at 13 libra!??

I seem to be drawn to squares of Saturn to Sun or Moon in synastry. Those are REAL longstanding friendships / relationships / crushes / connections.

Actually my best friend and me share Saturn square Moon and Saturn opposite Moon. Have been friends for about 20 years now, which is longer than the half of both our lives!

Met her when I was 15 years old; it was quite unlikely that we would stick together as friends for so long. But we did.
I suspect Saturn could be one reason.

EDIT:
Forgot to mention:
My Saturn is only 7 degrees of her ASC, too wide for a conjunction probably, but still in her 1st house, and sextiles her Sun closely.
Her Saturn is widely trine my ASC by 5 degrees.

This is interesting and explains alot of the feelings and of Energy that have passed between me and my lover...our synastry of Moon Trine Saturn..has carried some of this resonance. I supposed the Trine made it manifest in a much more enjoyable way, but needless to say we have both brought out many insecurities in each other, but we have seemed to always be able to see the deeper connection that exist. I can kind a see deeper through her words here.

.. "Moon-Saturn contacts require the complete co-operation of both people. Both planets are connected with the unconscious and both tend to react rather than act. But because of their depth, both the Moon and Saturn if studied as components of the psyche can yield a great deal of understanding. Two people with these contacts tend to possess a clear and uncomplicated channel into each other's most private inner life in terms of the personality, and if this channel is not muddied with hostility and fear, it can help to create a powerful and meaningful bond."

I must say I do understand him..and he tells me that often...and I do feel like he understands me quite well and goes out of his way even to accomodate me..Its quite lovely...but gosh...climbing the plateau I can but only equate to the mountain goats passage up the side of a steep mountain, when every step, every leap, and every slip could cost everything, it is hard to stay heart centered...but by the time you give up hope of every reaching the top.. you look around..you have finally reached the top...and the beautiful luscious sheltered surroundings are the makings for a wonderful life.

He frequently has dreams that our wrist are tied and that we are running along the beach in a barren area something similiar to cooling lava...and the we each keep slipping but...but the other holds the other up until we get to a cliff at which we jump, hands still tied...but willing...and happily as though this is what we had intended to do and had done..

Such as strange dream but the scene popped in my head clairvoyantly with Saturn-Moon bonds...

HD,

funny that you mention your natal configuration. Reminds me a lot of my friend`s one.

She has Moon on 16 Aries trine Saturn on 12 Leo trine Neptune on 12 Sagittarius.
Her ASC is in Cancer, so Saturn rules her DESC, too.
