in the personalized section under travel locate the country and area you live, the site takes into consideration your natal chart for its answer. i think?

here is mine

eastern us
south carolina

-----------------------------

Neptune/IC Line

More beneficial on the eastern side of the line.

A meaningful way to comply with the theme of these regions is to withdraw to the safety of your private life. Positive examples of making this a reality are meditation, a holiday in nature and quiet days spent in the tranquility of a monastery. This way, you create a meaningful environment for your increased sensitivity and intuition.

However, if you are after material success, this place is not very suitable. This is especially true for all economic and materialistic transactions, as well as professional. Neptune strengthens your imaginative and transcendental powers, but it also clouds your sense of reality and clarity of judgment.

In an atmosphere where all material things seem to dissolve you may feel uncertain and confused, you may feel uprooted and homeless. But living here can give you the feeling of being at home in the cosmos rather than in the "real" world.

what is yours?

* Perhaps i should give a warning that my advice etc is based on where i live, may not be accessible to those outside the region?

This is from AstroClick on astro.com... it's taking into account where I was born (Fort Lauderdale, Florida) with respects to where I live now (Colorado):

Mars/IC Line

More beneficial on the eastern side of the line.

The position of planet Mars on your IC line can lead to controversies at home and with your family. In your immediate surrounds, there is unrest and tension. Relations with parents and children might be strained. Be prepared for surprises.

There could also be difficulties in your professional life or when dealing with public offices and authority figures. Your purely personal dealings fare much better here, as do renovations or constructions to your home. To avoid undue hassle, it is, however, recommended that you gain the consent of your neighbours and family members.

In therapeutic terms, a stay along this axis can provide a strong impetus. You penetrate the deep, unconscious layers of your psyche and reactivate old and long forgotten patterns of your early childhood. Body therapy will help vent stored anger, repressed emotions and lead to a radical conclusion of past issues.

I think this is actually correct sounding... there's been a lot of excitement since moving here.

Middle America, and the upper West Coast seem like better planetary influences... but, not so interested in those areas.

I'm going to look at Europe...

Not shocking, but a place I always wanted to visit: Greece...

Jupiter/AC Line

Without any doubt, this line is one of the best and most pleasant places to stay in terms of the global horoscope. You are self-confident, enjoy the trust and faith in others and appear happy and optimistically enthusiastic. You are surrounded by an aura of confidence, freedom and loyalty.

You are generous and open-minded towards others. Your opinion shows tolerance, insight and kindness. New mental flashes abound to broaden your horizon and instill a deeply religious and spiritual belief. Overseas connections are extremely positive, and when planning or undergoing long journeys, you gain from the cosmopolitan atmosphere of these regions.

You will certainly spend a happy and relaxing time at these places. You do need to be careful though that you don't succumb to all the culinary temptations, otherwise a considerable weight gain will hardly be avoidable!

honestly shocked how accurate that was for me as well.

The monastery thing was on my mind for years.

Edit: i see it uses the same text for different regions, thats ok as long as we have some way of verifying that

Moscow:

Venus/IC Line

More beneficial on the western side of the line.

Along this line, you will find ideal places for relaxation, peace and quiet. Creative people can retreat from the hectic pace of everyday life and find a new creativity within themselves. If you are looking for a place to retire in, then a closer look at these places could well be worth your while.

You are surrounded by familiar things, trusted people, and enjoy the pleasantness of an environment, which constantly soothes your senses. Terms such as homeliness, home and security gain a deeper meaning. Perhaps it is your intention to find a permanent abode, or you would like to have children and start a family.

This and other issues benefit along the Venus/IC line. You easily find a place to live, and after a stay along this axis, you return home with lots of new ideas for beautifying your home. You develop a new sense of style and delight in interior decorating, or take a new pleasure in gardening and housework.

Sydney, Australia:

Crossing Mercury/Neptune /

This Astro Map location produces positive results if you can manage to confine your activities to private and artistic matters only. Your fantasy and intuition are stimulated, and intelligent understanding grows.

Authors, scriptwriters but also designers and filmmakers know how to use this source of inspiration. You are more open to subtleties, and personal talks run a sensible and sympathetic course.

However, it is best to avoid business transactions, signing contracts and publishing, as disorganisation and misunderstanding might impede your progress. You lack expressive skills to negotiate transactions. Forgetfulness and daydreams are not the best business partners.

Saturn

Planet Saturn is symbolised by the sign of Jupiter in reverse. The cross is above the Moon crescent. In this representation, the Moon is tied to the cross, which is the image of matter and the four elements (fire, earth, water, air). The weight of the world burdens the soul, and limits its free expression. Thus the soul is forced to comply with earthly laws but gains stability and hold.

Until the discovery of Uranus, Saturn was the outermost and slowest moving of all the planets within our solar system. The ancient astrologers recognised, within Saturn the principle of limitation and retardation. Saturn was seen as the bad guy, whose influence was both feared and avoided.

Modern astrology has taken leave of this singularly pessimistic view (of Saturn), and acknowledges its positive attributes. Saturn is seen as a means of correcting uncontrolled, exclusively extroverted and expansive behaviour.

Saturn is the harsh taskmaster, here to remind us of our duties and responsibilities. Last but not least, its presence confronts us with our inadequacies, weaknesses and fears. If we pay heed to its serious counsel, then Saturn becomes our faithful guide towards self-knowledge.

Saturn localities force us to stop carrying unnecessary burdens, to separate essentials from non-essentials, and to use our energy constructively. Our motivation, convictions and principles will be severely tested at such localities. If we are prepared to persevere, there is energy for life changes, and initially perceived blockades and limitations could turn brick walls into bridges.

We develop a sense of reality, responsibility and commitment. We complete our work with discipline and precision, and adhere to tried ways of doing things, both at work and in a social context. We appear to be serious, controlled and withdrawn. The tendency to remain absolutely true to our beliefs and values makes it difficult to connect with others, and can lead to a distancing from the world.

There are surely easier and more pleasant places to spend time in, other than those governed by Saturn energy. However, if a move is made to such a locality with the right attitude and maturity, one can come a great deal closer to one's inner destiny. There is, however, a need for patience, endurance and persistence.

100% true.
